So I have been doing this workout video 5 days a week for the last 6 weeks while I was away from home on work travel. Didn't have access to a gym or my beloved home gym. Well, I just got back home, and it didn't dawn on me until my girlfriend noticed I looked a little more trimmed. On the scale, 12 lbs lighter. This little routine works. Got my vote. I'll keep this! @Oliver Sjostrom thank you very much!! I've been weight lifting at home for the last 7 years. And before that, I was a gym rat at a YMCA for 5 years. My dedication has always been there. But perhaps either the intensity, choice of exercises, and/or just a good old fashion switch the routine up were the variables that needed changing. I didn't change my nutrition. I really enjoy doing this routine. It's easy to follow, and I always feel great afterwards. Thank you, my man!! 🙏💪

So Im a 40 year old guy - inert office job, not really exercised since I was about 19 (!). Decided it was time to focus on health, but have had to start slow, as coming from a point of very low fitness. Started after my wife bought me some workout gear 5 weeks ago for my birthday,initially just doing this 10 minutes every day. Have now progressed to doing this 10 min workout plus either 15 min standing abs or 20 min upper body, 6 days a week. Lost roughly 5lb in 5 weeks, but the difference in how I feel in terms of strength and stamina is staggering (could only do 6 push ups at the end initially - now can do 17) and I can tell my body shape has changed - less soft, better definition. For someone like me, starting really from zero, its been a fantastic starting point. No ulterior motive in posting this but if youre looking at this as someone like me, wanting to do better but not knowing where to start - I urge you to give this a go. 👍

Update! Another 4 weeks in - lost almost a stone. Still use this workout every other day when i do 20 mins upper body plus 10 min abs. On days in between, now do 15 min standing abs, 15 min cardio, 10 min stretch. Body looks totally different! Thanks Oliver! All started with this workout.
Didnt feel like running this morning. Did this work out TWICE in a row. 1st time burned 60 calories according to my fitbit, 2nd time burned 74, with a total of 134 calories. Reading the comments, I saw that you will keep burning even after your done. Ive done multiple of your workouts and love the intensity. I sweat, my heart rate goes up. I'm happy. Keep them coming!

hi is it appropriate if i ask how much do you weigh and how tall are you? because calorie burning amount varies based on your weight and height, since i don't have those workout equipments to measure how much i burn, i'd like to know :)

Stop worrying about the amount of calories please, it all depends on your height and weight, but the good thing is this exercise covers almost every muscle of your body and you shouldn't just count the amount of calories you burn't during the workout cause even after the workout you in fact burn calories ( which reaches up to 180 to 210 depending on the person), with a person who aims for weight loss this is a good way to start your routine but sticking to this isn't that efficient,. but its a good way to start exercising

By the end I ran in between breaks and only made it to 120 by the end. But it’s subjective to a certain extent. I find if you work out before another work out you burn more because your heart rate is already up.
Thanks for doing this now I can do this stuff but I have autism and I can’t do it all can you do a easier one

For that you need a fitness device, a smart watch which can track your active kcal & calories burned. Also, it totally differs from p2p depending upon age, weight, fitness level, body fat %age etc.

Good workout for 10 mins but I doubt that it will burn 200 calloeries. I would say around 100ishh... You need to run on treadmill for half an hour with inclane 5 degree and speed 5 to burn 350.. After you will be very exhausted. thank you anyway ! subscribed.

Probably close to none. If you do this with a proper diet, then maybe you’ll notice some. Eat high protein, double your water intake, and eat at a 200 calorie deficit. Do this workout 5-6x per week, but repeat it (20 minute instead of 10). There’s not an extremely accurate way to calculate how much weight you’d lose aside from your own progress. The key is consistency, stick to the routine and don’t give up after two weeks because you can’t see results. Weight will take around a month to noticeably drop off, if not more. And that’s just the start.

Around 7700 calories is equal to 1kg of weight. With the right diet and if you only do this workout once everyday, you'll lose a kg in a month but if you just burn more calories, eat less, you can easily lose 5 to 6kg in a month

Intermittent fasting with 2 meals with lots of fruits and vegetables will help... Start with boxing bag workout instead of this, its more fun and less taxing to start with.

If you do this workout and just go about for 30 mins doing normal stuff around the house except sitting, you will easily lose 200+ calories in that 40 mins and more throughout the rest of the day. Take a walk, jog or run to get a better burn. I tracked that in my watch.

it's a HIIT. you'll burn more after the workout as well, so 200 is an accurate estimation for most people.
