Interact with people Find out what their current needs/sources of pain are Get their emails / ask the if they’re interested in training that will help them / build audience via social media Create script for video training that solves their problem(s) based on one’s research Get enough people for a rough draft training session and record it Get feedback about the product and revise it Use product as an incentive for opt ins and a way to grow email list Refine product and offer at final price point for finished product

I want to create an Online Course and teach quilters/sewists How to Free Motion Quilt with Rulers to FINISH their quilts and save money on having someone quilt it for them. :) The first thing I can do, it start my ICA and find my clients! Thank you for all your tips Sunny!

What can you do when you're already in the situation where your emails already land in spam too often? I've send an email to my list to de-spam me with a cute subject line, had the highest opening rate I ever had and a few reactions (like 4-5), like I asked them to do. Like, let me know if you de-spammed me kinda thing. But is there anything else I could do?

I have a question...I'm helping a lot in FB groups, but some of them do not permit DM-ing others in the group. How else can I build relationships with these prospective clients without being kicked out of the group for breaking the rules?

i’ve been doing a similar version of this without realizing it - the process you outlined is super optimized i love it!! my biggest struggle is getting people to show up to these research calls so i think i just need more reminders. 😂 the ones that i have had were invaluable - really good tip!!

Too bad you aren't allowed to contact people first without their consent for business purposes in the EU.

❤❤❤ YES! YES! YES!!! This is exactly step-by-step how to build that email list that you desperately desire. Really pay attention to when Sunny says you don't need a huge email list to make a ton of money because it is so true and a huge email list means a huge amount of people on that list who may not actually be interested and what it is you have to offer. A bonus tip that I would add to this strategy is to check your email list maybe once a month or once every couple of months and delete those people from your email list who don't open or don't react and engage with your emails. This will help keep your email list clean to only those who actually want to hear from you and that will help the email providers know to send your emails into their inbox and not their spam or promotions box.
