Our program focuses on finding your ideal client and conducting outreach targeted towards them specifically and not focused on building a social media following. If you know who you are speaking to, you find them directly instead of attracting a broad audience.

Great video, as usual! I wonder where the line goes, for selling 2000 dollar course? Trying to sell it without a sales call is barely trickling in. How expensive can a course be and still be sold evergreen without a call?

generally any more than $1k is very hard to sell without the personalization of actually speaking to someone, and I truthfully would't recommend it because you want to ensure you are able to speak to potential clients to ensure the integrity of you community within your business.

This is a funny. You a scary slave driver, hahahahaha. You laughing? A lot of info coming real fast and you sound like you’re the only way to sell. I think I 'm a big brain that means I have to contemplate the meaning of live regarding making a course, and further making a course your way. A lot a thinking to do. I watched the whole video and didn't nod out once! That's a compliment, because I do that a lot, I blah, blah coming at me and I blank out. Some instructors are very good, I been videos over an hour and did not nod out, that is a compliment to the instructor. I have watched other videos before, this one had a lot of energy.

Want to hear something funny. What GPT came out in November, I research and outline an E-book on mining on the Moon. When I finished I planned to do more writing along that line, and I just didn't write anymore. Now I have been studying writing, learning Prompt Engineering and writing through that process, I wanted to write children's books, and then Fiction, I have the whole process(s), but it isn't writer's block and it isn't procrastination, it's like I am waiting for an alarm to go off and I start doing all that stuff I should have been doing. Are you familiar with that syndrome? Do you know a name for it? Thank you again for being understanding. I supposed I'm a little tad jealous of you too. Have a great day.

Love your videos Sunny as always such good reminders. I am trying to launch a course which I've been working on for a few years slowly. I did a pilot version launch to a small group and 3 people were interested which was not a bad conversion rate of 10%. However I needed 10 people (6 minimum) to justify some basic cost of the platform so it did not make sense to launch it. Now I am about to do another pre-launch offer (reframed the course), and almost done with the landing page. It is a big certificate program for counsellors. Price is $$$ with 3 tiers, one can pay in installments. However I am looking at the price and for the amount of knowledge, tips and support that I plan to offer it is ridiculously cheap (let alone if to count what would make me a faif profit and help to improve life conditions which can help to serve students better . Out of experiment I duplicated the web module and added 1/2/3 figure to each price in the front and it feels so much more relaxing and fair! But part of me thinks "they will not buy it, people cannot afford it", I feel shrinking inside (hello therapist) in shame and guilt to offer such a rate. On a side note, suddenly have to change my laptop and there are some unexpected expenses and all that reminds that I want to offer premium expensive in-depth programs for people who are looking for a real transformation, not just to buy a course and drop it in the middle or copy it and create their own. Also optimizing things in the future and having a team is super important. And one can do it much easier if there is a proper budget. Having said that some of my potential students are looking for an affordable on-demand program, shorter than mine and probably might not want to pay more for what I want to offer. So there is a delema here. (I have a few ideas for courses and products and I guess have the need to create a few courses but I understand that a clear offer and consistent content niche is easier to stand out. In terms of KZread and SMM I find it uninspiring to do videos on the same topic all the time. However totally agree with your point.

Ironically just got an an answer from an online course platform which I chose and realized that the CS of the platform is not going to answer tech questions troubleshooting for students. It is course creators who do that unless there is something with login. So dear people do not assume by default that you can delegate that part. And think 3 times before you offer affordable online course with lifetime access (I was not fortunately).

How do you sell a course before making it. Then you don't have anything to sell, plus how would you brand, develop, title, market something you don't have?

It's an approach, and a fair way to start. I probably wouldn't do it like this for the reasons she mentioned. The feedback is a big benefit of a live sales call
