My ultimate goal is to inspire more women to get out on trail for solo day hikes and overnight backpacking trips. I help women go from feeling scared and intimidated about backpacking to being comfortable with planning their trips so they feel confident getting out on trail for their first or next solo backpacking adventure. Thanks to your program and incredible guidance Sunny, I finally got out of my own way this year, created the online program I wish I had when I first started hiking and backpacking and have been achieving this big life goal of mine for almost a full year now. I couldn't have done this without you Sunny. Thank you!

Excellent video! Rumi said when you start on a journey, on the way, the way will appear. Well, I wanted to have some purpose in my retirement and was thinking of starting an online course on mindfulness. This week I started jotting down my thoughts on course development but hadn't yet done any online research. On my way home from shopping I stumbled across your video while looking for something to listen to on the way home. Your video was just the kickstart I needed. I'm now so inspired and see a way forward!!! I came home and played it again and took notes! Thank you so much.

First of all, you were absolutely so adorable and your enthusiasm is contagious! I’m going around with the idea of offering an online course for my aesthetic business. I do not know the least bit about technology. It’s very daunting. I really appreciate your video and super excited to watch more. I think what resonated with me was the whole idea behind the putting a deadline on things are trying to get your clients to rush and buy the program. That’s some thing I’ve never heard before and I really appreciated it.

an articulate individual is a dangerous one. the power that comes from getting a message across in a clear and concise manner is unbelievable. it is called communication skills. When you have the skills to hook people in when you talk, you bring them to your side. many factors play here. likability, communication skills, reputation, expertise in a specific area.... thanks for the video. Someone say information is power and ignorance is blindness.

You speak so much sense from start to end. I was procrastinating for 2 years but now I’m on a roll and launch my course on the first of May 2024! There’s only one other person offering the same course on KZread for free but charging £479 for the website template. I want to offer a teaser course on KZread and then a full course within an instructional ebook with short videos related to each step. Whereas, the other course provider has ab2hour video tutorial which I had to fast forward, but I can see he’s got high views and a good amount of website template sales. It’s difficult because I don’t want to copy him, I want to provide more value content for an affordable price. I’ll have to go forward with trial and error.

Love this. So many gems. I am interested to hear how you recommend staying evergreen . The limitation I see with receiving new customers each month with live courses is that there is a limited capacity for how many live calls you can do vs coaching/ providing the same live call to a number of folks at once. Would love to hear how you overcome that. Thank you!

  • @SunnyLenarduzzi

In the Authority Accelerator, we do the live delivery of your course (over 6-8 weeks) with your POP course and then create the evergreen version of your program. In the live version, you would provide the 6-8 week live classes. When you move evergreen, you will determine how many group coaching calls you would do per month, where all students have the option of attending but have everything they need inside the program itself.

I would advise anyone out there who is struggling to create, launch and build out an on-line course to watch All of Sunnys Free Content here first- at least 5 I've devoured. I can tell you from over 20 years in U.S Enterprise Sales seeing a whole bunch of Expensive and Sub-Par content being produced that the Wisdom and Process put forth by Sunny is really solid. You don't need to spend a lot of Time/Stress and Feeling like this whole thing will be overwhelming- By Building a First Course Prototype based on something you believe is worth it or transformative( for me Early Stage Sales Pipelines- Startups don't need to hire VP's of Sales and Expensive Marketing- Just LinkedIn with my Solid Conscious Connecting method)...But until I really put it out there...I can never be sure :) Great Advice and so many Gems 🙏

Thank you Sunny, I love your videos, they are always so valuable. I have a bunch of ideas of some courses I could pack, but I am not sure how to narrow down and actually formulate the transformational course you are talking about?? Any suggestions??

Do you think it's a good idea to have a mini course on a subject pulled from your big program/course to sell as well for people who'd want to check it all out before investing a lot of money first?

Would you recommend opening different YT channel for the online course promotion even if the whole idea started of a few off-niche topics that picked up potential opportunities for the online courses creation?

The impact I want to make by taking ambitious stressed and overwhelmed teachers to beoming influential leaders, with a life is to transform education in different parts of the world. I'll do this by training the trainers but my first transformational program is the foundation.

This is an excellent idea for a course or even an entire learning academy! I’m seeing a nice blend of long form courses / learning paths and short form micro learning as the market fluctuates. Best of luck on this!

I have found your videos very helpful and enjoy your expertise, but I still have a question as my situation is a little different. So what if I currently have a working, reoccurring revenue model for business in my local market that matches what I want to sell in my course and I am simply wanting take what I know and reach more people? I have many examples of transformations and great relationships with people who love what we offer. So I have a proof of concept, just not in a course format. So my question is do you think it would be ok to start working on a course that teaches what we already do every day as a way to extend our outreach, because right now, we are very localized in what we can offer OR do you think we need to treat this differently and still offer some some live training that can be packaged into a course like I saw in one of your earlier videos?

This is actually exactly what I teach in my program the Authority Accelerator, how to take your existing teaching or expertise and package it into an online program. It's not a unique situation at all. I have helped thousands of coaches, therapists, and experts do this.

Love your content, thank you. However, how do we do live zooms with participants, but then it's an evergreen at the same time? I'm a little confused, could you clarify please?

Hi Sunny, great information and thanks for sharing it. So how do I find out if an online course I would like to create will actually sell? I know that you shared some information in the video and I wonder if you would recommend any other researches I should look into as to narrow down any potential disaster i.e. a course that doesn't sell?

Just finished watching and am smdh at the myriad mistakes I've made leading to my launch. I have grown my program out of a community service project and there are things I wish I knew...the expert syndrome... validation with real people...ad nauseam. They say it's a process and something to laugh about in your first podcast interview!

FOOD SECURITY is my focus. I currently teach locally in person/group cheese making classes and canning classes. But, it's too hard to leave the homestead as we have a farm stand, market garden & beekeeping business too. So, I'm focusing on trying to get courses filmed. I will be totally honest I only have my farm kitchen to film in and it's an extremely busy, busy kitchen. So, I have been thinking maybe I need to rent a kitchen? Any thoughts or am I over thinking this?
