Thank-you Sunny, this was so detailed and so in depth. You always give the very best. The one part I highly recommend over any other part is to really listen to Sunny when she says to document every part of your business. Take it from a woman who ended up in a 3 week coma and almost didn't survive to finally waking up only to find she was now a permanently disabled lung person who could no longer work anywhere close to what she used to do and having everything documented so that I could hire others to help would have been a Godsend. Don't wait till it's too late to create true business freedom. Learn from Sunny. She gives only the best advice and comes from real experience. Big hugs 🤗

I’ve heard it said so many times before but the way you put the power of one was a lightbulb moment for me…I even say it to my coachees too. When I focus on that one area of transformation it does make it so much easier! I think I had been making my courses so in depth and detailed and “complete” because my personality is so process-start to finish oriented. But not all transformations need a long roadmap…with 20 steps…some only need 5…and when you said that it clicked. There are several areas of transformation in what I teach. And each does have its own ICA… Thank you! So much clarity here! So much! ❤️

For time stamp at 19:15 -- The formula (to explain it more simply) is just 2 divided by 20% (or whatever your conversion rate). That will get you to the 10 human conversations...Might be easier to explain it this way since the conversion rate will change.

Yes, Can you please do a deep dive session on how to really identify your hero story. I know my story but I have a hard time picking out the 3 key factors. It’s almost like I need an outside perspective on what the themes are of my story.

I love your content Sunny!!! But I really think 20% (on the lower end) is a huge overestimate, 1-2% conversion from the email list with very target subscribers would be real I believe. Then the math looks very different an yo will need way more people than 10 humans. Thanks for the videos you put out.

Hello, Sunny! I ran into one of your videos because I needed some information about starting an online course and I liked the video I found. Thank you for the stuff that you're doing, I haven't had much time to check it out to the full yet, but from what I've seen so far that's a great and useful information! I decided to throw you a comment because I'm a musician and when I'm listening to your videos, I even checked this latest one, I hear sudden spikes in volume in the audio. So, shortly speaking, I just wanted to suggest that you use some sort of limiter or a compressor (those are both audio effects) on your voice. This way it would sound way better. It you want me to let you know how to do it, hit me up using any of my media on my page here, and I'll explain how. Just in case, I don't look for any profit or interest from that, I just thought I might be able help you improve your sound and make your videos slightly more comfortable to be listened to :) My name is Max, btw :)

You can start with a lower price for that target audience, say $15 or $10.

Sunny, at 24:30 on this video, you say, “The client who is helping married couples - this person is probably going to start at around $5K, but the thing is…” Probably? Uh, hasn’t started yet? Eh? Will she be able to sell that package for $5K? Will the couple continue to pay her another $5K each month, for a year, two years, or three? Hmmmm. I can see your client, a business owner for example, be willing to spend $ 5K each month, when you are teaching that client how increase monthly sales by some healthy multiple of the $5K each month - increased sales of $30K, $40K, $50K, or more. But after several months, once the client’s business is bringing in multiples of what it had been doing, I see no reason for the client to continue to pay $5K each month. The client has achieved the goal, and now knows how to continue to grow. I remember sitting in a room listening Jay Abraham talk about how client would want to drop out of the monthly payments after a time, even when the monthly payments would be less than $5K. Just like the couple trying to have a better time in bed not wanting to pay $5K month after month What am I missing here? :-D on

The couple pays 5k one off. The monthly income for the business owner is from multiple new clients paying 5k each.

Thirty years ago I attended a Jay Abraham boot camp, at which he talks about gaining clients who would pay $1,800 per month over and over. It was not sustainable for much more than a year, because, once clients knew how to implement the strategies, they would want to stop being charged. I used a group of his strategies and doubled sales virtually over night in a brick-and-mortar, service business I owned at the time. Continued use of his techniques eventually increased that business' revenue by a factor of more than five times.

Can’t people just be okay with making only 100k a year? Shit I could live off 50k. 300k a month is a little cray
