In fact, I played a BTS Roblox game today. Everybody was talking about their bias. Two people came up to me and asked me who my bias was and I said I couldn't pick. So I just settled it down to Tae and RM. They began calling me names because those were their biases, so I named the other members and they got even more mad. Me, liking J-hope too, said : "Fine, it's J-hope" and they said : " Yeah, you can have him, nobody wants him". Those people were not true Armies and this is why I don't specifically have a bias because I like all of them.

Even with all these difficulties they never gave up. BTS is an example of persistence, and the proof that the world goes around. Now they are one of the biggest groups in the history of music, but what really touches me is that they have never lost their essence and humility.

Omg I'm not even an army i used to unnecessarily hate them. After watching this video that KZread recommended me it really bought tears to my eyes i feel so sorry for everything they went through. RM once posted a tweet saying that "me and my everyone will win in the end.We will win so naturally that no one saw it coming" and apparently RM first line in Magic Shop is "what did i tell you ? That we'd win right?" 😔 look all the struggles that we had will eventually became our success..don't worry that you fail now or you got critize for being you...but worry that you GAVE UP in the middle of your struggles...this is what BTS BIGHIT AND ARMYs taught me...they taught me to do good, to be you and to always keep going and don't ever lose hope 💜

BTS came from a small company, they started with nothing. Jin who was casted just because of his looks, Suga who left his family and gambled his education just to do what he really wanted to be, Namjoon who was never been supported by his parents, Jimin who thought himself as ugly and fat, Taehyung whose always been part of BTS but was never showed in any promotions- not until debut, Hoseok who seemed to always laugh but never felt as an accomplishment to his father and Jungkook who was very shy and have saved his parents at a young age by auditioning to companies. Remember the days when they were struggling? They even had to sacrifice and work hard just so they could eat? They were squeezing themselves into one small apartment and had to take responsibilities- the reason why they wrote the song ‘move’ Those times when Jimin has to starve himself just because people call him fat and ugly. That one interview where Yoongi said that; it was nice that people listen to their music because Taehyung and Jungkook are good looking. And he thought that it was at least enough. Do you remember when Hoseok was supposed to be the vocalist and Taehyung the rapper, but he chose to rap instead and learn it because Taehyung wanted to be the vocalist. It was Taehyungs dream and Hoseok loves his dongsaeng that much he would sacrifice. Other fanbases were accusing them for plagiarism just because they had the smallest detail whose the same with other big Kpop groups which was actually just a coincidence. There was a time when Yoongi packed 300 gifts and Letters just to give to their 300 fans who will attend at their mini fan meetings. So why do people judge them so fastly? Did you know that Jimin came all the way to Seoul from Busan just to persuade his dreams? Did you know that Taehyung lived with his grandma for almost half of his life making him innocent from what else is out there in our world? Did you know that Jungkook set aside his embarrassment just to meet the others expectations? Yes, he is the Golden maknae, but he suffers too when he sees his hyungs having a hard time, he cries. And there was a time when Jimin caught him crying and the reason was because he missed his family. Jungkook often cries secretly so that his hyungs wouldn’t worry. Did you know that Jin auditioned to make his mother proud of him and so that his mother had something to brag off to those judgmental neighbors they had. He worked hard on his vocals yet people called him talentless. Did you know that Namjoon worked hard just to produce songs yet there was a time when his mother ruined his computer and broke his mike so he could focus on studying? Did you know Hoseok auditioned because he wanted his father to be proud of him? Because he felt he was a disappointment? Those rookie days where they only listened to the awardings and be amazed by their seniors. They couldn’t do anything but watch those idols who received the awards. They were contented. And now they reached the top and became more successful. From 150 fans to 6mil and counting, From a small practice room to a bigger one From a cramped dorm with roommates to a big dorm were they each a room, From one daesang award to more awards and they’ve even won on BBMA’s. BTS never expected this before their fourth year anniversary, they’ve com so far- so far that the only chance we have to see them is to go to their concert (NEVER) meet them along the street with 0.01% chance. But really ARMYs!! We’ve came this far fam, let’s love them and give them our support till the end! I wanted to thank you all . I love you fam! I love u BTS! Let’s stay together until the end. Tuniq1 actually from their debut itself they made rebellious songs against Korean society and standards and stuff. They wrote lyrics about sensitive topics. Because of this many people were turned off by them. They wanted happy, light songs about things like love I guess. They were not very well known in Korea among the public even until 2018 after they won TSA 2nd year in a row. I am not sure why, but the fact that from the very beginning BTS have broken the stigma of KPop might be the reason.

At the end, they earned to mic drop in front of all their doubters and haters. Hello to all ARMY from a new member.

They're like, one of the only boy bands I've ever seen, that actually talk about real life issues and not just about girls, drugs, and past relationships, they are actually really kind and they make sure they are sensitive about topics and careful with the words, although if Anti's or even just rude people that have never heard BTS in their life, find one lyric that sounds weird, or off, they attack them. (Another band like this is Twenty One Pilots, but they don't deal with as much hate)

It's not plagiarism. Every artists take inspiration from others. Like camila cabello when she was writing lyrics, she said that she was listening to one Lana del ray's song instrumental track. Melanie martinez paid hefty amount of money just so she could include a part of lyrics from Lesley gore cry me a river smth. Melanie's pity party song- ['It's my party, and I'll cry if I want to. Cry if I want to, cry if I want to] is from lesley but she paid for it like legally idk. I saw some bts songs like the graduation song, which is clearly the melody is form another artist but they composed their own lyrics.

Jealousy, insecurity, & competition are some big factors I can think of. This can be seen also in Western fandoms but to a lesser degree. The Korean industry is highly competitive so this can lead to some to feel frustration & hate for other groups.

I only got to know of BTS October of 2017. I never knew about all of the hate they got and even death threats. BTS saved my own life because I was so depressed before this. Listening to them calmed me and as Namjoon said “if we can make your sadness reduce by even 1% that is enough for us” I love them so much.

N A I became an ARMY in October 2017 like you but because I felt that even if it was kpop it was different from other groups but after few months I got to know about their struggles and now I love them also as people and not only music. When I first became acquainted with BTS, I thought in a very similar way. I thought that it would be perfect to find someone like one of these seven members. But as I grew up with them and learnt more about them, I realized that I don't need to find a boy/girl who has similar traits as BTS. Instead I focused on building myself up and making myself stronger. So I instilled qualities of every member in me. Level headedness of Namjoon Confidence of Jin Passion of Yoongi Positivity of Hoseok Kindness of Jimin Gratitude of Taehyung & Never give up attitude of Jungkook It's hard and I'm still growing but I just wanted to share this and maybe help someone. You don't need to find someone who has these attitudes. These 7 men have already taught us this and so much more. If we love ourselves and keep growing everyday, we'll attract people who are like us. So keep growing and loving yourself!

This is why I think old ARMYs deserve aloooot of respect, they have been through it and helped BTS get through rough times. We need to thank them because without them, we might not even know BTS right now. Sometimes I get a bit mad when some new fans come in acting like they own BTS and know so much. I’m not saying becoming a late fan is a bad thing, just that we should really respect those who have been in the fandom earlier than us.

I’ve been an ARMY for about 4 years and I used to spend money on my phone data so much to be able to stream their songs even when I’m not home, I would let it play in my pocket while I’m in class, wasting my data just to get the views up. I used to think that I joined late but now I felt like I was lucky to be able to discover talent earlier than most people. And yes, thanks to new ARMYs, I was able to finally show off BTS to anyone who has ever called them gay, unsuccessful, untalented to my face before. When I go back to watch their first Vlive videos which I was able to watch live, Rookie King, and American Hustle life, I was so nostalgic and sometimes wished I could go back in time to give them each a hug and tell each and every one of BTS that they will succeed someday. But at the end of the day, we all love them, no matter late or early. BTS is too wonderful not to share, but I get it if someone gets selfish XD when it comes to BTS.

Our no wait I can't speak for every army but I am still alive because of THEM. They I don't know what they did but they saved my life from depression , sadness and everything. At a point in my life I lived without them but now I can't live for even a second without them. They're so precious to me that I could lend my life to save theirs.

Who tf says J-Hope is ugly? He has the most beautiful smile in the world. When I see it, it brightens my day. EDIT: Jfc, this absolutely blew up. Sounds like a bunch of people who are scared of how big they are, I'm 51 and only started listening to bts not long now. I think they are very talented young men. I can't understand what they are singing, I know I can find their songs in English but I like To hear them in Korean. I put their songs on repeat all. Makes this old person sleep great.

I found BTS when I couldn't sleep at night because of anxiety. Their song brought me smiles and with just and earphone plug in my ears with their songs playing, i found strength. No they are not idols because idols should be perfect. They are imperfect normal people driven by big dreams that's why they inspire people to become better because unlike other who strives for perfection they strive to live and become better adversities after adversities just like each of us waking up every day for our dreams. No matter what happened BTS will always leave an impact in ARMYs lives. I love u bois 💜

I love how they believed in themselves and kept working hard and now they are here 💕💜🥰, the message they give through their music is beautiful ✨

After all they done it was like this I would not stop crying this is really sad the person who does not love bts here you may thing that they are bad but all a long they were trying there best so BTS ARMY FOREVER!!!!

I completed bon voyage season 1 yesterday and in the last ep when V's clip of talking him to his grandmother comes i started crying. The way he talked to her was like... i cant even explain. He really loves her more than her parents but these haters are really something, they made memes of someones death, its really disgusting

I got introduced to BTS less than a week ago, and I have never, EVER loved a group so much in my life before. I have binged so many videos, sad moments, cute moments and funny moments. This video has really shown me how much ARMY love their boys, and will go off at anyone who tries to hurt them. It's not even funny, some anti's are just heartless losers who think bullying people is funny and will get them somewhere. But no, LOVE is stronger than HATE. BTS is strong and passionate with their careers and love their army. They're not talentless, ugly, useless, unhardworking. No. They are the exact opposite. I love BTS with all my heart. Jin, Taehyung,Namjoon,Jimin,Jeon,Jung and Yoongi. BTS is nothing without all 7 of these beautiful members.

Wow. It’s so sad when bts gets attacked by sometimes their own fans. It breaks my heart to see them like this, and when this happens h to sir confidence goes down. They have been through a lot and yet they brought the courage to continue. This is why I am BTS ARMY FOR LIFE!
