We live in Fremont county, and my oldest son was friends with Lea, those 2 kids, their mom just an amazing family. This hit my kid hard, and it was the first loss he ever had. I'm glad people are being kind, when a couple of other channels have done her story strangers bag on her, which is gross. Fremont county is small, and Lea was loved, Max is an amazing young man, and I pray God takes care of them all. And this pos is very uncomfortable in prison. Yes prison valley has a lot of inmates, but we have a lot of correction officers too.

The only solace we have is knowing that either due to inmates, or correction officers Lea's killer is not fairing well behind bars. And he never will, because when you take one of ours, we want to see them set down. I am going to be praying for you, and your family, and to see the justice you deserve. I think it’s gruesomely hilarious how many big strong men who murder a teeny woman will claim that in self-defense he pushed her away, she fell and hit her head with violent force, and, panicked, the man was compelled to strangle her, stab her 37 times, drive out to the desert and bury her in a shallow grave. No evidence no investigation… no care upon arrival. Cops just recently released surveillance that shows the lights in his place of employment were turned off right after he hit the ground. He was out of view but the lights were turned off by a third party. At first it was ruled heart attack.. it took 5 months for them to change it to homicide… they have no leads. Allowed all that time and evidence pass… have fought my family tirelessly and will not allow us to see the tapes… It is an entire cover up. I hope one day my brother receives justice. If he was spilling his guts about these fantasies to the army it was certainly because he wanted to be kicked out, they always have to view things through that lens. I knew people who used the psych angle to get out of the military while I was in and, it isn't so easy. You have to go in and say something so disturbing that they just don't want you any more, even for menial work. I think most of what people tell military psych folks at 2 years in or less is typically mostly fabrication, and I think they realize the same. But they also recognize that if things have gotten to this point, this is someone committed to being useless to them until they're expelled and given that administrative discharge, so they just say, "you have a personality disorder" and get to work on cutting them loose
