College Student Disappears - 16 Days Later They Find His Secret | The Case of Kristine Johnson

“I was staring at the face of evil”
It’s February 17th 2003, when Terry Hall calls the police to report her daughter Kristine Johnson missing, after not hearing from her for two days. When detectives talk to Kristine’s flatmate, she says her friend left for an audition in the Hollywood Hills for a big opportunity to be cast as a Bond Girl, but detectives quickly discover that the movie doesn’t actually exist. The only clue to help catch a serial predator, who has been escaping the law for more than 10 years, lies in what Kristine bought at the Century City Mall on the day of her disappearance.

Once again the legal system is just about as evil as the criminal. He up for parole? 25 years to life? Meaning he probably could be out in 12 years. Call the police because he trying to dope a woman in the bar and they show up 45 minutes later. Real men are neutered in society by the police. I’m sure if you called the police and said some sex offender was getting the crap beat out of him for dropping date rape powder in a woman’s drink the cops would be there in 5 minutes or less to arrest the good guy. A number of victims tried to trap him because are legal system sucks. It’s getting to point now days there’s more wrong than right thanks to the politicians that make the laws then won’t let the police enforce them.

We live in a world where you can not & MUST not trust anyone! Unfortunately, that’s our reality today! We need to teach women safety from (men too) from ages of 5 to 105! How to minimize becoming a victim or targeted - like not traveling alone; rethink what we wear, where we go, and various self defense tactics. Women “should” be able to wear what they want, when they want but for safety’s sake, we can’t afford to always do as we wish. And if we do, we should never go off alone or without ways to protect oneself!

Being drugged in a bar is so terrifying. I saw it happen once. I was there to take a friend home who had had too much to drink and while I waited for him to finish in the bathroom I saw these two people taking. The guy put something in her drink and I said something about it. The bar tender heard me and jumped over the bar to grab the guy. As it turned out they were not really talking. He was talking to her but she had been trying to ignore him. She was the bar tender's girlfriend who was there to drive him home after the bar closed. She was drinking a 7-up, not alcohol. Turned out the guy had several doses of date-rape drug and I guess he had pulled the trick before. His bad luck was picking the BT's girlfriend. My friend came out of the bathroom wondering what was going on. Things were very exciting at that moment. Then we had to wait for the police. The bar tender wanted to give me free drinks but as I had just gone in to pick up my drunk friend. I don't know what happened. The guy was arrested and the police took my information and witness statement but I never heard anything more. I would say I maybe saved the woman, but there was no way in hell the BT would have let him take her away. But maybe If he had drugged her I think the BT would have kicked his ass good.

The only reason he succeeded with the final victim, is that he found someone who was more vulnerable. It's not her fault, she is not to blame, this monster is 100% responsible. But the reason for these stories to be public and out there is to educate others. This was terrifying and terrible but beautiful at the same time. Those women all coming forward and the shear strength and love her parents showed. Her dad giving the one girl a thumbs up while she testified really touched me. Encouraging and supportive to all of the young women that could have ended up where his daughter was. Just a dad through and through. The kind of dad we all deserve. Bless him and their family and bless these women. RIP Kristi. You were clearly SO very dearly loved.

And they really thought he wouldn't do it again? Being raped can destroy someone's life. I have the scars on my wrists to prove it. Rapists should be treated like murderers. If you let them out, they will reoffend. They are a danger to society. I know that's a broad statement to make, but look at this case! Shame on the judge who gave him 3 years. They hate rejection so immediately if rejected they will try to use shame to make him have sexual interactions with them saying “be a man” or “you must be gay then!” “SUS” “incel” ! It’s gross behavior and needs to be called out way more. Time for true equality. Not equality where men are held to one standard and women another!

I am so proud of those two women who fully realized that he was dangerous and decided to go after him on their own. Regardless of the end result, that kind of initiative is what makes someone a hero. They did everything they could to keep others safe from a monster.

If asked to go meet up with someone you don't know.,...bring a guy along and never put yourself in vulnerable situations. Kristy was too trusting and this monster took advantage of that. Kristy looks a sweet person.....my sincerest condolences to her loving family. May she R.I.P. 💓

I'm from Australia and I went to California for a Holiday in 1993 and men came up all the time while you were walking down the street in Hollywood offering you high paying "modelling jobs." You just had to go with them to their undisclosed location. You have to be really STUPID to actually go with them!

I give the women who came forward and testified about what happened to them. If they didn't come forward, chances are he would have never been caught and God knows how many others he would have hurt. They're so brave. My condolences to Kristi's family and friends.

Sad note is the system makes deals with murderers. Kristine did not have no option of any deal to not be murdered. This boilsw my blood!

Probation? 3 years? Parole? Scandalous. Those people responsible for letting him off should be held responsible, if not actually charged as an accessory

I'm all for rehabilitation within our prison systems, but PREDATORY BEHAVIOR is not something that can be rehabilitated, not successfully enough to be worth endangering so many other people. Predators have no right to be in society with us, no more second, third, 5th chances for these fucks PLEASE!

I discovered your channel by accident as I lay in bed in the dark trying to find something worth listening to….i couldn’t see what I was watching clearly, but thought maybe Judge Judy….😂 What a pleasure it was to suddenly be hooked to the story telling I was hearing! I immediately hit subscribe so I wouldn’t forget what channel I was watching. Thank you for giving us something so well done! I am glad I discovered you!

Parole hearing on 7th?! Why would the Kristi's family need to go through it everytime, fighting to keep this evil locked behind bars? Should have been life sentence without possibility of parole. To all the women who bravely went and testified against this evil, thank you for bringing justice!
