I tried having cake for breakfast, but it was paired with some brewed coffee. Even if I can do it, its not something pleasant to do every morning

She obviously needs something else to think about. Not just stopping eating, but actual distraction with something important. If it has to be food oriented, how about a small (tiny) garden? And anything from the garden will taste much better than what's available in the store.

If I’m not wrong about the name, this girl successively lost hundreds of pounds.and looks really good today.

Zero sex relationship. I mean HOW is “it” happening being that large? She NEEDS to get away from the house and kitchen. Go for walks when you think of food. Get busy doing anything else but eating when cravings come on.

I see these videos & think damn! If I could afford to go to a gym, I would go in a heartbeat! I try & do the alternative around the house but it's hard after working 48 hrs a wk & with a back injury. I would love to get back down to my pre-baby body so to speak🙏

Ask a doctor about fasting for long periods of time with vitamins and water being your only intake. It will suprise most people.
