My 600-lb Life is an American reality television series that has aired on the TLC television network since 2012. Each episode follows a year in the life of morbidly obese individuals, who usually begin the episode weighing at least 600 pounds (270 kg), and documents their attempts to reduce their weight to a healthy level. Update episodes, called "Where Are They Now?", feature one or more previous patients, picking up a year or more after their original episodes aired.
Patients are placed under the care of Iranian-American Houston surgeon Younan Nowzaradan (often referred to as simply "Dr. Now"), who first has them attempt losing weight on their own by following a strict diet, and then depending on the patient's progress may offer gastric bypass surgery or sleeve gastrectomy to further assist in weight loss.

I agree. My next door neighbour is 600 pounds, and he SCREAMS at his kids all the time, locks his wife out of the house. None of them work, but there is a constant stream of fast food deliveries. The teenage son walks to the gas station every single day for a tray of Slurpees. It must cost thousands of dollars a month to feed them all (they are all overweight). He said that she adopted the 10 foster kids. I'm sure she is on disability so either way she is getting extra money for each kid. Either by her disability (as long as they are under 18 or a little older if they are in school) or if she's still fostering them. Not to mention that EBT is probably maxed out to the most you can get.

Butter and margarine are absolutely not the same thing... Margaring is a piece of poisonous 5hit, while butter is a healthy saturated fat that is absolutely good and even recommended to eat (but not if you consume huge amounts of carbs and sugar with it, though...)

I’m now down to 57 kgs still have some more to go. But boy that ultra processed foods especially fast food restaurants food that stuff is so addictive. You’ve got to change your eating habits. What if your wife was as big as you and demanded that you cook her meals and bring them to her? What if you were too fat to do that? There is a God and he knows everything about you. Try talking or praying to him about your situation because your wife doesn’t have to be there. You’ve got to eat fruits and vegetables. Eat healthy options like grilled skinless, boneless chicken breasts and broccoli. If you are a dessert person, find desserts that are fat free or low-fat. Drink lots of water. I’m 330 pounds and I struggle every day not knowing what I should eat. But you have to eat right because I’m a single mother and I live alone. I have to stay below that weight because I have to take of myself and I can’t be too overweight because I need to be able to walk, so I can go grocery shopping.

If I even TRY to eat, say, an entire package of gummi worms at once, or three donuts at a time for breakfast, or an entire pizza to the face, or anything like that…. Well, not only do I feel horrible and rotten immediately afterward but I usually feel *horrifically* sick the next day and I’m lucky if I don’t wake up feeling like vomiting.
