Great review 😎 just wondering what's the difference in energy usage towards a normal kettle?

Only heats up the water you need so if you only make one or two cups at a time its alright But if u fill your normal kettle up with only what u need then pointless tbh

Nice review, you sound like a fellow Dub. I’m returning mine as it only heats water to 85°C which isn’t hot enough for tea.

At the time of me writing this comment this Breville retails for £65 on amazon whereas a bargain basement Russell and Hobbs kettle retails £20. If one were to use the Russell and Hobbs kettle reasonably, I would imagine that I'd have to own the Breville for over FIVE years before it became cost effect as far as electricity. Anyone who buys this Breville has obviously got more money than sense. SMDH.

Absolutely rubbish quality -mine lasted 6 months and Breville wouldn’t warranty it as I’d was purchased from eBay
