Thank you..I just got this for Christmas..I'm glad I don't have to worry about having to have the filter in all the time..I'll see how it goes by the time it runs out to see if I'll get another..

I’v been considering this for a while… to replace my current traditional kettle. I’m a tea drinker… i’d like to know loud/noisy or quiet? Thx for the video…

It's not noisy warming up anymore than a traditional kettle. When pouring it does let off steam which makes a noise but nothing which I consider to be excessive. Hope this helps, thanks.

How do you descale it as I'm in a hard water area and it needs it.

There isn't a handle but you can remove the water tank if necessary. However I have always found it much easier to use a jug. Hope this helps 🙂

These only take up space, far better with a cordless kettle

Great demo but would have been helpful if you demonstrated how to replace the filter cartridge thank you anyway

The carts have a little pull tab, lift it out and replace, sorry if it’s confusing, maybe use that thing called GOOGLE 🤡
