At the time of me writing this comment this Breville retails for £65 on amazon whereas a bargain basement Russell and Hobbs kettle retails £20. If one were to use the Russell and Hobbs kettle reasonably, I would imagine that I'd have to own the Breville for over FIVE years before it became cost effect as far as electricity. Anyone who buys this Breville has obviously got more money than sense. SMDH.
They don't actually boil, good enough for coffee but tea you really need boiling water.

@@robertjohnston3603 Oh yeah, I forgot about that. Mine was faulty and only got up to 80 degrees. The replacement I have now works well.
