By manufacturing come from behind wins with late goals in games they didn't deserve to win in spite of Ole's incompetence. Under three years of ole he has failed to provide the team with a clear structure or playing style. That's why people refer to it as freestyle football, because the players get to make it up for themselves with a pieces of individual brilliance. Ole has been doing sweet fark all, but has been extremely lucky. Based on the quality of play United hasn't deserved to be anywhere near the top 4 during Ole's tenure.

The liepzig game made the turn for me too. They had so much identity and pattern in their play even when we thrashed them in the first game. Rashford and Bruno were unplayable then and that's what saved ole.

Well Mourinho is not a yes man like Ole !!! Mourinho wasn’t back as promised as promised and he turns on the board; and the so called ex-utd pundits didn’t help either; they whine too much; always criticizing Jose

Hopefully its the catalyst for positive changes at UTD. The fans deserve better.

The 2022 World Cup being in December is making the managerial search much difficult...if it was in June 2022 Utd cld buy time with Phelan and go for Luis Enrique or even Deschamps...Ten Haag is an option too

Man Utd fans need to come together and find a way to get rid of the Glazers. After holding onto Ole for so long, it's become obvious the Glazers need to go. If that means boycott Man Utd, not purchasing season tickets, not going to the stadium, not purchasing merchandise, not subscribing to MUTV, not watching live games on TV, boycotting whatever generates Man Utd money, has to be a way forward. Forcing the Glazers into a position of wanting to get rid of the club. This method can only work as a collective of all the fans working together. An alternative would be to bombard billionaire's such as Jeff Bezos, an Arab from the Middle East, or who ever, to buy out the club, then that is another way forward for the fans to bring Man Utd back to greatness. Man Utd is a money making machine, but we need an owner, preferably a football fan, who isn't as bothered about making money, but more so wanting to see their purchase, the club, be successful like Abramovich at Chelsea. Until there is a change of ownership, expect the same excruciating scenario play out each season, which is very unfair on the fans and the history of the club. It's time for a revolution! Only Man Utd fans can make this happen.

Uniteds midfield with McTominay and Fred is not going to win enough games. That was where they failed to bring in quality players. Every team that wins the PL has a excellent Holding Midfielder or two. Liverpool, Chelsea, City, and Leicester City have all had one or two great Holding Midfielders.

He was a coach for years from the late 90s. And recently he was the Interim Manager (while he was DoF) at leipzig when they were waiting for Nagelamann. He won't be hired as he would want a say after the job on how the club should be run. Glazers ans Woodward don't want competent people in the board

Way before that

Interim manager until the summer. Need someone experienced a Martin O'Neill or Roy Hodgson purely on a interim manager not even if they get the team in the top 4 or get into the champions league semi or final. You look for a future manager and stabilise with someone for 6 months.

more than players respecting their contracts, its the clubs that need to do the same... who decides transfers? when transfer made who decides which playerws play? shouldnt each player get same support? the united goal involving sancho, cr7 and donny was amazing but of what use

Arguably the three best managers in the world. Are in charge of City, Liverpool and Chelsea right now. Steve Bruce up against them? No.

Van De Beek scoring a consolation goal when he started, Maguire being clumsy and getting sent off, and the entire team being tactically confused and all over the place. Pretty much yesterday's 1-4 loss to Watford was Ole's reign this season summed up in one game.

I am worried what next for Man Utd? This is a team that has fallen apart since Sir Alex left. They brought in Van Gal and Mourinho, didnt make much difference. Ole came in and did decent job in bringing in the team together but lately he is struggling to a greater extend. There are big egos inside the dressing room for Man Utd, and this is where the problem lies. Just changing the manager wont help, they need someone who can manage the egos and bring out the best in some players.
