White bread recipe:
100 ml warm water.
1 tablespoon sugar.
8 grams of dry yeast.
150 grams of flour.
400 ml warm water.
600 grams of flour.
1 teaspoon salt.
sunflower oil.
Lubricate the surface with water.
Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 30-35 minutes.
The bread is very crusty!

5 minutos es lo que tarda en agarrar la harina! Lo que logra es que no vea más recetas de las que publica....ES UNA ESTAFA!

If I had to do all that, I'm sure I would seldom bake ... I don't sift ... I don't knead ... I don't roll ... I don't oil ... I do get terrific bread ... admittedly, it takes me 5 hours from pouring to slicing, not 5 minutes....
E super. Eu nu folosesc zahăr în casă, nici numai faină alba, pun părți egale, faină neagră 1 kg. + faină albă 1kg.+faină de secară 0,5 kg. Drojdie uscată, apă caldă, ulei de măsline la frământat. Adaug și miere de albine, mai putin. Frământ si las la crescut o oră, intorc aluatul in vas unde am frământat, și îlai las o jumătate de oră, apoi pun in tăvi, lasă încă o jumatate de oră să crească și în tăvi, apoi pun la cuptor. Ese foarte pufoasă si gustoasă, o mamanci goală, așa e de bună. Sunt din România, oraș Brad, DH.
