It's not a 5 minute bread recipe. It's a regular 90 minute recipe, which takes at least 15 To 20 for mixing and kneading the dough , 40 min for proving and 5 to 10 minutes for shaping the bread loaf, 30 minutes for second proving and 30 to 35 minutes for baking. So the total time of making this bread is 85 to 90 minutes . So the video is wrongly titled for getting more views.

Thank you. I was thinking the same thing. I DO make a bread that preps in 5 min: measure dry , add wet, give it a stir. Done Then of course it MUST proof. Sit 2 hours, pour into a pan, and after 30 min, bake. I was expecting something like mine, but wasted time on this.
