Hello everyone! Today I prepared bread recipes. Fast and easy. My grandfather was right. I really love making homemade bread. My grandparents often baked village bread and taught me to bake homemade cakes. I don't buy bread anymore! I bake the bread myself. You and your loved ones will love German bread. Today I made white bread. It's quick and delicious. How do you make bread? Bread in 5 minutes. I like fresh recipes. I bake soft bread every day. Fluffy buns that my children love very much. Sunday rolls for the whole family. And onion bread. I really love bread with onions. My grandfather was right. You will love my practical recipes. My grandmother taught me how to bake delicious bread. You will love the easy recipes. Helga is cooking. How to cook? Baking bread.
White bread recipe:
50 ml warm water.
5 grams of dry yeast.
50 grams of wheat flour.
300 ml warm water.
1 tablespoon sugar.
1 teaspoon salt.
450 grams of wheat flour.
olive oil.
Bake at 250°C (482°F) for 20 minutes. Reduce temperature and bake at 210°C
(410°F) for another 20 minutes.
The bread is ready!

500 ml warm water.
2 tablespoons sugar.
10 grams of dry yeast.
30 ml olive oil.
800 grams of wheat flour.
2 teaspoons salt.
olive oil.
sunflower oil.
Flour.
Bake at 200°C (400°F) for 30-40 minutes.
Bon appetite!
White bread with onions recipe:
400 ml warm water.
1 tablespoon sugar.
10-11 grams of dry yeast.
1 onion.
600-650 grams of flour.
1 teaspoon salt.
2 tablespoons sunflower oil.
sunflower oil.
Bake at 200°C (400°F) for 35-40 minutes.

The mixing was the 5 minute part. Some breads you have to knead for at least 10 minutes and your arms feel like they want to fall off.
