Bread "Fougasse". I shaped it like my house plant and it looks perfect!

Fougasse is a type of bread made in Provence, France. Its is, crunchy outside and soft inside Artisan bread. Perfect for dipping into an Olive oil, or enjoy it with soft cheese and spreads.
Bread " Fougasse"
INGREDIENTS:
♥ 250 g/9.3 oz/2 cups Bread (00) Flour
♥ 150 ml/5.3 oz/2/3 cup Warm Water
♥ 1 teaspoon Sugar
♥ 1 teaspoon Salt
♥ 1½ teaspoon Active Dry Yeast
♥ 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
♥ Finishing Salt and or Sesame Seeds
Triple proof:
First : For 1 - 1½ hours
Second: For 30 minutes
Third: For 10-15 minutes.
This bread is usually baked on a baking stone at 400°F( 200°C) for 20-23 minutes or until golden brown.
Do not forget to preheat the stone inside the stove.
Drop your bread onto a hot stone.
Use middle rack.
Enjoy with Olive oil!
