The SR350 is not the Bowtech I was expecting to review this year. This bow actually arrived right after I finished the 2022 hunting bow shootout. While I was hoping to secure a Bowtech SS34 this year, I couldn’t make it happen and figured the SR350 deserved my attention.
What sets the SR350 apart from the rest of the Bowtech lineup are the cams. This bow is all about speed and you can see it with the very aggressive looking cams.
Bowtech boasts that with the SR350, “speed never felt this smooth.” And while there is no mistaking the draw cycle of this bow the aforementioned SS 34, it isn’t too bad all things considered. The first half of the draw cycle is reasonably light, but as that cam rolls over in to the valley, there is a noticeable hump you have to deal with. The good news is there is plenty of valley once you get to full draw, so you don’t feel like the bow is super jumpy.
And the bow holds on target quite well. The modular Clutch Performance grip is a favorite of mine and offers a very repeatable feel, which only helps with consistent accuracy. In fact, I don’t think I’ve shot a speed bow this well before.
After the shot, the SR350 offers impressively little vibration for a speed bow. It comes with two ORBIT vibration dampeners, which no doubt help here.
Fit and finish is absolutely pristine. I’ve had this bow for about a year now and there’s not a mark on the sleek black riser. It’s obviously subjective, but I think this is the best looking of all the bows I’ve got in for testing.
MSRP on the SR350 is $1,300, which is tied for the most expensive hunting bow I have on hand for this year. But the outstanding Deadlock Technology adds a lot of value, in my opinion.
If you are looking for a speed bow that is easy to tune and plenty accurate, head to your local Bowtech dealer and give the SR350 a closer look.

I agree I have had the SR350 for about a year and a half. I got the OD green and the limbs and riser have no paint chips or scratches. What sold me on the SR 350 was the stability and balance. For me it is the most stable and easy to hold on target bow I have shot. Which makes it very consistent. Keep making the great videos

@@nclifeoutdoors2669 everyone says the newer ones are okay but I prefer a company with a history of quality and accuracy lol not blowing up. First bow was a Diamond by Bowtech that just didn’t like being shot @30’ 70lbs. Sent the screws in the mods flying out, snapped the servings where they made contact with the mods, cracked the mods, bent the cams. Bowtech said this happens with that model and requested the bow be sent back for repair. I picked up a used Realm SR6 and boy was it fast! Shot it okay @60lbs but you really felt a hump and dump @30’ draw. I tried turning it up to 70lbs then the Bow was shooting like absolute garbage. Had it tuned at the local shop, took it home and it derailed immediately. That Bow also has an issue with set pins on the mods snapping off. Ended up giving it back to the shop so they can raffle it off. Switched to an Elite Envision and I fkn love it!
