Wow, what a faf!!!! S and ST would have been off and reinstalled in that time. You must have aged a year getting that done.

Thanks for all your really helpful tutorials. You said at the end of your “panels off” video that it was to be continued. Was that to be another video showing more on the panel removal or was it video showing the reatachemt of the panels?

Grateful for your channel, I own this exact bike and these tutorials are a godsend. Subscribed!

Exactly!! I just got a 2013 F800GT after primarily riding street bikes. When my 13 year old daughter wanted to ride with me and not on the cruiser with her dad we realized that street might not be ideal (especially in Texas heat) so we had her help us pick a bike. I knew I wanted a BMW but the GS was way too tall for me. I'm 5'8" and slender my daughter is 5'6" and also slender. the GT ended up being the absolute perfect bike for us. These vids are an absolute godsend!

I noticed you removed the panel screws and placed them in a container; on my beemer, (not the F800) I did the same thing, only to discover some screws had shoulders some didn't, so how do you know which screw goes where when refitting? Is there detailed diagrams with such information available for BMW motorcycles? If so could someone direct me to it?

Can I put side mushrooms on this bike easily
