Thanks, that's pretty comprehensive. Worth mentioning that there's a nitrile o-ring on that lower pipe which can come out or be damaged when re-inserting. It's a sod to get all the air out of these systems (BMW produced a vacuum / pressure system for their dealers after they had problems). I'd recommend filling very slowly, rocking the bike from side to side while filling, and then repeating a few cycles of bleeding from the pump screw, rocking again while idling and revving, and refilling and repeating as necessary until all (or at least most) of the air fizzes and burps out. Then keep an eye on that expansion level for a few rides afterwards.

Thanks Roger, indeed there is an Oring in the Oil heat exchange pipe. It's a bit difficult to see in the video. For the air bleeding, its not that difficult in my opinion, you just need to go at it slowly... event pouring the liquid in the radiator has to be slot to avoit air bubbles being trapped... i also put the bike on the side stand at the end of the process to allow the last bubbles to get out at the watwr pump bleeding screw.

Thanks for the nice video, but I'm interested in how much total antifreeze is needed, and which antifreeze can I use for the F700GS 2016 blue/green or red G12?

The manual states that the bike requires 1.3 ltrs. Depending on how goodnl you drain your system, you can getbup to 1.3 ltrs in. For the type of coolant, the color does not matter, it should be safe for aluminium radiators and Nitrit free
