昨日作ってみました！うちのレンジ・オーブンでは45分焼いて丁度いい感じになりました。クリームチーズのところが焼けるか不安でしたが、中も生焼けにならずしっとり、そして表面はサックリとしていて過去最高のマフィンができました！次回は違うトッピングを試してみます。素敵なレシピと分かりやすい動画をありがとうございまーす☆

焼き上がった後にひっくり返すところがワイルドで好きです。生クリームがなかったので代わりに豆乳を使って今日作ってみました。とってもおいしかったです！

いつも丁寧なお菓子作り大好きです。 リンゴとキャラメルのマフィンとか美味しそうです。

Delicious, chunks of cream cheese with blueberries in a moist muffin! Love that you maintain the beautiful yellow colour by not mixing the blueberries in! Arigato!=)

I made these muffins today. Followed your recipe exactly as shown. And I absolutely loved them. They were puffy, sooooo soft and tangy with the cream cheese. Not overly sweet. I love love looovvveee the amount of sweetness in it. My husband loved them too! Definitely gonna make another batch very soon. Thank you very much for sharing this recipe.

Wan Ling I remember my grandmom saying its the eye and it makes the cake smell raw (uncooked egg smell)

This is delicious! I tried this twice w/o cream cheese and still perfect.

I have tried making the muffin and it turned out perfect. The muffins still soft and fluffy on the second and third day.

The recipe is perfect. I added more of chocolate chips, dry fruits, nuts then give to many people. They all love it so much. Thank you so much 😊

This goes to show you don’t need a bunch of expensive kitchen gadgets to make great food. Just the basics will do.

It depends on what you are baking.. cupcakes and simple breads don’t need expensive gadgets. But some cakes & pastries really require heavy-duty equipments.

if you will bake only for yourself, you don't need those expensive gadgets. but if you want to share what you are baking to many of your family members & friends, you need them!
