Did you use all purpose flour ? I failed twice :( my muffin turned out so dry and not rised

I'm going to try making this. Anyone have a suggestion of the type of flour? A/P, 00, cake or a combination of two or more? Most times I use 50% a/p and 50% cake flour but wonder what Hidamari might find to be the best for her recipe.
