@@iceicebaby3150 The coco powder is sweetless and a bite bitter. Therefore the amount of sugar is perfect

Ingredientes (~ 3 muffins pequenos) Manteiga sem sal 35g Chocolate ~70% 15g Leite (não diz que tipo, suponho que seja integral) 15ml Ovo 35g Açúcar mascavo 18g Açúcar comum 18g Farinha de trigo (ali diz farinha para bolo, mas dificilmente você vai achar isso em supermercado convencional) 45g Cacau em pó 8g Fermento químico 1.5g Modo de preparo você vê no vídeo, eu só sei traduzir o inglês

I tried this recipe. Because of a mistake, I added double the sugar but the cake was not too sweet. To be honest, the muffins tasted quite similar to madeleine😅

Looks good. But damn..... thats abit too much sugar for 1 cupcake or even if the batter makes 2 still too much sugar....

It looks beautiful and delicious.. I just would like to check the quantity of the baking powder. On the recipe, it is written 1.5 g of that. Could it be 15g instead? Thank you.

No, cuz for one serving the powder of 15 grams will overpower the muffin... 15 is too much.. use 1.5 trust me
