Great recipe. Tried it today and turned out great. For those people don’t have cake flour , I used 170g plain flour plus 30g cornflour n it worked ! I also didn’t have plain yoghurt at home and used 100ml single cream and few drops of lemon juice. They are so fluffy 😊Thank you so much for sharing !

That's a pity comments are only coming from people who never try the recipes... So I tried it. It's fine, the results is good. Roasting the almonds brought more flavor and taste to the muffins.
