Yeah, that scene it's going to be etched in my memory, especially when she reaches for those memories. Can you imagine how painful that would be?

Actually I think a few people have complained about Wallflower since it seems that because she used the memory stone a bit to begin with, she shouldn't be complaining about people forgetting her when she was kind of responsible for them forgetting her to begin with.

Chib-Dipped Blue Flies I don't think you (or many other people) really understand her motivation. It's not about her not being remembered; Sure, she gets annoyed over it, but never angry. Her reaction to people forgetting her is more like "ugh, this again?". Her problem is with Sunset being worshipped as a hero despite not changing at all from her point of view. Because Sunset treated her the same as she used to treat her when she was evil, Wallflower thought Sunset was still the villain she used to be, and that all her good deeds were lies and deception. To Wallflower, what she was doing was merely exposing Sunset for who she truly was (What she thought at least) by erasing her 'lies' and teaching her a lesson that she couldn't deceive people forever. This is the point made by her, as well as Trixie. Her being constantly forgotten was just a catalyst which got worse as she started erasing memories, further feeding into her delusions about Sunset.

Chib-Dipped Blue Flies Wallflower is an intorvert without much care for social interaction or about what's going on outside her solitary bubble, that fact is hammered to everyone's head in the episode. To her, Sunset didn't change at all, and that meant to her that she was fooling everyone else and faking being nice. You'd be surprised what can bubble inside a quiet person's mind when allowed to think about stuff for too long without any point of view other than their own that keeps becoming more warped. Then hand that person a powerful magical artifact with which to 'right' the 'wrongs' of the world and you have potential for disaster. Most people like that in real life just don't get the power or anonymity to act on those thoughts. There's a reason social interaction is a human need just below food, water and sleep.

Chib-Dipped Blue Flies Not to people that can actually relate to her thought process she isn't. There are a lot more introverts in the world than people generally believe. It's just that they are most of the time not jumping all over the internet talking about what character was 'easily hateable'. It's hard to believe she's more hateable than Juniper, or even Sunset for that matter.

The people that think Wallflower's abuse of the stone is the only cause of being forgotten are themselves completely forgetting the flashback where it's clearly shown that it's been happening long before she even found the stone. And the people who think that Wallflower erased memories because she was angry at not being remembered just straight up were not paying attention. It's like friggin Starlight's backstory all over again, people miss the point completely and go on hatin'.

I freaking love how they did Sunset's memory loss! At first, I thought it was a plot hole, and a pretty glaring one at that. The whole episode was about Sunset having been a massive a-hole before she was given that second chance, and then she's completely oblivious when her memories of that second chance were erased. But then I realized Sunset's memories of Twilight took a lot longer to forget, despite not knowing her for as long. During this reaction, I realized that this contradiction is actually what fixes this plot hole. She erased Sunset's memories of _both_ Twilights, which practically guarantees that Sunset at least knew Twilight before EQG. I always had a feeling that was the case. Especially since Sunset immediately recognized Twilight's chickenscratch as her full name in the first movie, at a single glance, no less. It only makes sense that she immediately knew who was running against her, as a gut feeling. She then formed the connection using her "signature" as mere confirmation. It also explains why she knew so much about her. I mean, think about it. Sunset knew: Twilight Sparkle's name. What her crown looked like. That she was a user of an Element of Harmony. Her status as a princess. Her previous status as a student of Princess Celestia. Her assistant, Spike. And various other things, presumably including her antisocial past, given her "You don't know the first thing about fitting in" comment. Perhaps the "what were the chances she'd find somepony as bright as me to take under her wing after I decided to leave Equestria" line wasn't entirely accurate. Maybe she was studying alongside Twilight, and after she left, she repeatedly returned to check up on Equestria. I've also heard a good theory that she had a spy working for her in Equestria. Either way, her knowledge of Twilight before coming to the human word can no longer be denied. Perhaps Sunset had her sights set on her this whole time.

I can't wait for Hasbro to release the full version of Wallflowers's song.

(It also gives me an excuse to watch Forgotten Friendship again.) Now that you watched Forgotten Friendship you can now watch the newest shorts. Just make sure they're not choose own ending shorts. 😛 So you'll be making a review of Forgotten Friendship. That'll be cool. Hasbro's official KZread channel will have this special for people to watch for free, just in five parts (two parts up so far) but will have extended scenes that adds small details that add on and makes this special even better. Examples of small scenes cut out are, when Pinkie pinches Sunset to show she isn't sleeping Sunset grabs Rainbow's arm to double confirm that she was erased from everyone's memories and sees when RD saved Sunset from the giant plants but as RD looks at Sunset about to be eaten Sunset fades from the memory so RD never turns back and and it's implied RD instead remembers winning the race herself. (This helps show how everyone's mind feels in the blanks) Another example of a cut scene that appears only in the KZread version is when going into the Canterlot library, Sunset sees Flash's pony counterpart and is shocked. (What I find funny though is pony Flash has a bored stare and reacts to nothing around him. Nothing except when Twilight walks by and he watches her walk by only for him to return to his bored stare after she's gone.) Have a good day/night. I'm off to rest, I feel tired.

Christian Galvan Yes he can at least watch the ones on Hasbro's official KZread channel, which I hope he enjoys. I told Burning Axe to not watch any that are not officially released on KZread. Though that is because the videos made from the app released versions are kind of a broken mess and are better enjoyed on KZread. So I told him to watch the choose own ending shorts only when they appear officially on KZread. That way he can enjoy them at their best. (Without spoiling anything as best I could I did tell him the names of the choose own ending shorts so he'd know what to look out for and not be confused but I guess he forgot when someone told him to watch to watch the ones he did watch and we saw how confused he was.) Anyways I hope any help I attempt to provide makes things easier for Burning Axe.

Forgotten friendship is one of my favorite Equestria Girls specials. Also I Love Wallflower's song and I feel sorry for Sunset being left out of the group. Also I love Sunset's song from the beginning.

When we look into the Flashback scenes, I think the Reason why WallFlower wasn't in the EQG 4 "Legend of Everfree" Movie is Because she took Absent, that's why she was outside the School when it was closed and looked Boarded up which is when She took that stroll that lead to her Making the Gardening club on her Own at that point and that's has been able to master that Memory Stone in the first Place, once everyone is back from the trip she tried to have people in her new club before the Year Book came out that year but because she's not into other people (Being Anti-Social) she couldn't communicate easily with others to join her so she used the memory stone to help her with that situation to start over again with those people again but failed everytime and that Manifest into something worst in her to be really corrupted by the power of The Memory stone, her Psychological desire for Other's Acknowledgemnet to be not be Invisible anymore and Turned into a Mess from Sunset's Bullying even after she thought she has truly changed herself but cleary not with WallFlower who saw the Hidden Nature of Truth within Sunset (That's why she still called Sunset the Biggest Meanie since the start to the Conflict in the Final acts). Thus Leading to the Events of Forgotten Friendship where that Breaking Point of everything in WallFlower's life has come to be at the Creation of the Yearbook that she still won't apart of for almost her whole Academic life!! NOW THAT'S TRUE WRITING RIGHT THERE OF a Character's whole Story through Details without admitting it fully!!😢😢🎉🎉🎉

I was exactly like Wallflower until High School and all of a sudden a random girl talked to me during orientation and then I was popular and I hated every damn moment of it

If you combine the "screentime" (not counting openings/credits) of all 4 "EQG movies" [with all short animations and songs either as prequels or "stand alone" stories]; plus the 4 "Equestria Girls Specials" (including this one); the total ammount of minutes is almost the same as a standard FiM "season" (26 episodes of 22 minutes). -> IT IS THE EQG SEASON 1 FINALE In the same sense that "The Best Night Ever" (aka: The Gala) [S1E26] was for FiM {as the "real finale" was supposed to be "The Return of Harmony" (aka Discord) [S2E01+02]}; the next special or movie would probably be rather "grandiose" in the way that Rainbow Rocks almost accidentally got it to be.

I haven't watched this yet, but I just randomly thought of this because I remembered that you play the guitar. You would probably like the anime K-ON. Just a brief non-spoiler summary, Japanese school girls join a music club that was almost shut down for lack of members and play instruments, one of the girls is an idiot, but a lovable idiot. Just a little bit of important information. There are 2 seasons the first one is called K-ON! and the second is K-ON!! with two exclamation points. Episode 24 of season 2 is the last chronological episode, but there are 3 more episodes that take place earlier in the series, 25 takes place before 21, 26 before 23, and 27 before 14. Then there's the movie which is weird with the story's chronology, it's best to watch it after the series.

It's not as bad as _The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya_ the oder of those episodes is weird.

No? I don't see any similarities to Scooby Doo at all, apart from maybe it's a group of I guess you could say "meddling kids" and a dog. But as for copying what Scooby Doo is about... I just don't see it.

BronyBurningAxe In terms of a mystery needing solving and when the group figures it out, the culprit would have a variety of reasons (hence meddling). It's been a recurring thing in EQG.

I guess I can kind of see it with this one, but the 4 movies before it? I think Legend of Everfree kind of fits in to that, but the first three definitely not. I mean with the first three you know who the antagonist is from the start, so yeah the last two specials, Legend and this one I can see being in the realm of Scooby Doo. But I still think it's original enough to be it's own thing. Also Scooby Doo wasn't the first mystery series like that with a bunch of kids solving a mystery. I don't know what the first was, but even earlier than Scooby Doo was the Famous Five, that was a series in the 40's. basically 2 decades prior to Scooby Doo.

Yeah the two I've seen so far. Don't know if they made another after Forgotten Friendship yet. I'm still behind, especially with EQG stuff, I never finished Season 1. I got so confused with the choose your own ending ones that I just stopped for a while.

Btw, you may want to do a redirect for this. A bunch of other people that have reacted to this have gotten it blocked.

BTW, this episode made me want to kill Wallflower Blush. Think about this for a moment. What is the one thing you can take from someone who has lost everything dear to them? Their memories. That is the most cruel thing you could do.
