➡️ Ingredients
🔶 Black Sesame Paste
½ cup of black sesame powder
1 3/4 tbsp honey (please adjust it according to your personal taste)
🔶 Cake Batter
5 egg yolks
70 g cake flour
10 g brown sugar
40 g vegetable oil
20 g toasted black sesame seeds
30 g black sesame paste
1 tsp baking powder
60 g lukewarm milk
🔶 Meringue (egg whites)
5 egg whites
90g caster sugar
½ tsp white vinegar
🔶 Preheat the oven 160℃
Place the cake pan on the lower rack in the oven
Bake it for about 40 - 45 mins (mine took 42 mins)
To check - insert a wooden skewer in the cake and if it comes out clean, it means it is done.
