    thats why the whole race shit should just go and let whoever call people the n word let them call us crackers whatever who gives a shit if its not in the intention of hate why does it matter its just the same as calling someone a wog, im half Italian and Greek and i got called a wog and other "slander" names relating to my ethnicity but i didnt go " what did you say racist" i just insult them back and move on with my day. my mum used to get spat on and bashed for being one of the few european kids in the whole school and people have called her a wog her whole life and she doesnt complain shes proud of it just like i am, so i dont see why the n word has to be any different, own it and move on with your life literally every other race has why are the blacks the only ones that still have an issue ? its like the only card they have against whites or something but its so petty, no one really even uses it to insult anyway, youd be surprised how many white people call each other the n word i dont think its because theyre racist but a ni__er is like a mate or bro essentially so whats the issue in that ?? i guarantee 99.99% of people say it and have not even an inkling of thought about intending it to be racist.

  • @MythicSuns

    @MythicSuns

    Жыл бұрын

    It doesn't take balls, it takes sense. The genius of his comedy is that there are people in this day and age on the left _and_ the right who can get a laugh out of it because the only side he's really on is his own. Bill has a reputation for being insensitive but in reality he's just telling everyone to calm down and get some perspective, regardless of their race, sex, religious beliefs, or political leanings. Shit, I'm far from being thick skinned; if someone says something bad about me in just the right way I'll curl up in a ball and cry about it to myself and any of my friends who are around, but at the same time I'd like to live in a world where people can laugh at themselves and not constantly act like they're on guard for any personal attacks. I say this as someone who opposes racism, sexism, homophobia, and is fine with using someone else's preferred gender pronouns. I'm what people stereotype as the oversensitive millennial but the difference is I can tell the difference between someone trying to be insensitive, someone making an honest error (see wrong pronouns and microagressions), and someone just making fun out of the stupid things that people treat as sacred by using provable facts to make observation based jokes (see Bill Burr). Sorry if I went a bit off topic there, my train of thought occasionally gets derailed.

    As a white athlete, can confirm. Worked my ass off for years to get good at the pole vault in high school. And was pretty good, for a white guy. Tryouts for the senior year season, a black kid (freshman) who wanted to run track but was "trying things out" to see which event he wanted to get into, within ONE HOUR of pickup the pole for the first time in his life, was within 6 inches of my best jump ever. Only one thing I could do: switch to skiing. That kid went all state in his first year as a vaulter, the talented little shit. LOL

    I actually have the simple answer for this conundrum, to be honest I thought it was general knowledge as I read it in an article as a child many years ago; people from African descent a.k.a black people have longer heels, like the bone is longer at the back, hence they can run faster and for stamina, basically like a car's engine design with airflow in the front to ventilate and cool down the engine, black people have larger nostrils and generally directed more to the front in comparison to white people having long noses and narrow, downward facing nostrils which restricts airflow, (white people in general have better sense of smell). Alas, black people are superior athletes when it comes to Olympic activities, i.e; jumping, sprinting, there are also bones in the hands, which makes them better at gripping, so grappling or wrestling and even general fist and bone density is superior to white people. On the contrary black people have an extremely low % of non-dark brown irises, with the multitude of eye colors, white people's eyes are superior. These aren't racist things, it's only racist when it's perceived as such. It's biological, statistical facts! When we can all embrase our limitations and allow people do what they do best, humanity can continue with evolution. Untill then we're stuck in this racial loop being kept alive by a shallow minded people.

I lived that way as well and when you go back around whites and talk openly like that, they look at you like you've committed a crime and you wind up wondering why you all of a sudden feel like a bad person. If you grow up with or spend years with black folk, you joke about race differences. You hear sht about yourself and you acknowledge the obvious about them. Nobody is afraid to be real. If you see someone afraid to say "black," you know they haven't lived around black people.

    @@dubwub4667 I made no presumptions or assumptions. Everything I said after I said 'I lived that way as well,' is true of mine or my peers experiences. Maybe its because I said "you" instead of "I" but that's a pretty common way to speak when ONE considers their experiences common or average and not unique. EVERY time I've known or hung around whites who have grown up with or lived years in black communities of this kind, they have acted or talked or joked like this. As do I. So I feel pretty comfortable saying it as if it were a common experience. No assumptions there. Just personal experiences with me, my friends, and now personal observations, every day, of hundreds of people in my town. Put it like this: If all dogs you have been around bite you, and all dogs you've seen around your peers bite them, and you see all dogs in a new town you moved to bite everyone in that town, its normal for you to say "Dogs bite you." Its just beyond assumption or presumption at that point.
