@minecraft creeper Male hair loss comes from the effects of testosterone derivatives on the hair follicles, they get damaged over time basically. Thus high testosterone lvls advance hair loss faster, and Strongmen must have high testosterone levels to build muscles, and additionally increase them by injecting it. However, the major factor for hair loss is the sensitivity of the follicles to those testosterone derivatives, which is also genetically determined. Consequently when the follicles are very insensitive to those derivatives, it is possible no hair loss will occur despite excessive levels of testosterone. Hence, Zydrunas must have hair follicles insensitive to testosterone derivatives.

@Dennis Thorson True, id compare him to Mike Tyson if this was boxing, one of the best ever, but didn't take care of himself and had a terribly short prime, should have domimated for years but destroyed his body, would have died of a heartache on stage from a horrible diet and supplements if he didnt stop at 29 years old Big Z the total opposite then, took care of himself like a Klitschko and dominated for years Eddie for all his static strength didnt even win an Arnold, wasted his talent imo Same age as Thor who has barely entered his prime

@@xxblade.2272 No, he got the shoulder presses but it doesn't matter because Eddie had more in the tank and if Thor would've got the one that was taken away then Eddie would've just got one more, that's not what I'm talking about. Eddie is close friends with Colin Bryce (head ref) and they have been known to conspire to help Eddie before (watch his documentary, Eddie says so himself) and apparently during 2017 WSM Eddie was talking a lot with Colin and conveniently the events kept changing to favour Eddie (moving events removed, static events added). Thor is not the only competitor to complain about this. It is no secret that the event was manipulated to help Eddie win.

Copying a strongman’s diet will not make you into a strongman, which is what these people think will happen. They are strong because of their training... eating the correct diet is FUEL for their body for training and growth. Now please think before you try the keyboard warrior shit again

Great video, I've trained in my garage for years. I love it, bought my own equiptment and had some made and the best bit is everything is available every day and you can choose what you put in there. Stay safe big Z. I would like to know how you keep your lower back strong and not cramping on deadlifts
