I'm up to a minute. But I'm old and really really bad shape after bad health issues. Used to be very very fit bodybuilding competition fit. Love this channel love the ladies there just work so hard and they smile through it all. I was told I wasn't doing it right if it hurt. I told her my friend it hurt before I started I have a very bad back surgery and everything. I have to laugh at her she doesn't understand she's young anyway thanks a lot

Сейчас только занималась.. 1 час. Мои ощущения: колени болят, так как ноги постоянно в полусогнутом состоянии (у меня большой вес) ; в прессе за то легко, чувствуется поработали мышцы; заряд энергией. Вывод : думаю нужно раза два в день по пол часа заниматься.
