    ​@HaileyC. Yes, I've started doing it yesterday and I think that it's gonna be very effective. I've decided to do the cardio plan for one or two weeks and then I'll change to the abs program ☺️. And I definitely like the workouts ❤. Tysm for all your great workouts and videos

    Love your video helps me lose 5 kg in a month but without following diet Update: I stop doing workout for 1 month and today again I am starting cause of health reason so let's start together guys (you can do it ,eg if you can't do like 20 push up start up as knee like 20 or maybe 10 or 5 don't push it just focus on that area and do the workout

    @@user-yj7ym2or9p not exactly like 1 week straight and 1 week yoga like mix (I am sorry if you don't understand that cause I have poor English )but everyone body is different I have 10 hour school an in break I walk so it also help me and if you be consistent with it yeah you will see results ❤️

    Hey Hailey, i have worked out with many of your plans and it always woked so so well, but i have an tiny little problem area, which is around my knees. I do daily cardio and stretches but i never seem to lose fat around my knees. I do have slim thighs and calves but there is still so much fat around my knees, maybe this could be an good idea for an new video? Id love to be able to workout with your videos since they are always so much fun and at the same time effective, love your channel ❤❤

    Hi, I'm a new member to your program. For the program you recommended, it has 2 videos for each day. I wonder if the workout should be done for 30 minutes in one session, or if I can split it into two sessions, like 15 minutes in the morning and 15 minutes in the afternoon? Thank u

    Great idea! You can try the slim back and arm plan for now! That one helps with strengthening your back muscles and relax your shoulders which can help with better posture 😉✨💖 I’ll definitely add one of these programs in the future! 👍🏻😘

    hello hailey😄 i have a question. can i do all of these workouts together? like on monday i do belly, legs, arms and back, butt. becuase i want to lose weight. im 168cm and weight 65.8 kg. and im 15 turning 16 soon. im not really big. i have a tummy that is dividet in 2 sections but its not that big. big but not extrem. and my thighs are a problem too. i have big thighs. i want to lose weight this summer before starting school in september again. can u give me some tips. with love❤

    It takes a lot of time and effort to get bulky so you dont have to worry about that, i used to use dumbbells a lot and i never get bulky or anything, wish you luck

    Yes! You can choose the one you like! ☺️💖 I would say the first one is relatively broad, for example, lower body plan is included thighs, calves and booty, while the new workout plan is more specific, we have it divided into two plans, one is sexy model leg, one is booty peachy. So I would recommend you choose the first workout plan if you’re usually busy with your schedule. If you have more time and want to be more specific with your workouts, you can choose the new workout plan. It doesn’t matter which program you choose ☺️ just choose the one you like and try it!😍 you can do it! 💖
