    DAY 1 : 16-01-2024 ✅ Felt super sore, my arms are definitely burning!! currently 12 in!! DAY 2 : 17-01-2024 ✅ Felt a little easy today, but definitely felt a sore! DAY 3 : 18-01-2024 ✅ It was easy, didn't feel too much pain after stretch!! overall, its gettin better!!!! DAY 4 : 19-01-2024 ✅ Day by day getting better but i felt moree soree todayy!! AHHHH!!! DAY 5 : 20-01-2024 ✅ Honestly, it was pretty easy today comparatively cuz i combined this with the 10 min thigh workout from her channel. so far so good!! ♥ DAY 6 : 21-01-2024 ✅ BURNINGGG!!! DAY 7 : 22-01-2024 ❌ Break day cuz i was exhausted by Monday!! WEEK 2 DAY 1 : 23-01-2024 ✅ Gettin easyy and could feel the soreee!! DAY 2 : 24-01-2024 ✅ AHHH!!! I've combined this with other workouts from her channel.. damnn feelin soo good!!! 🌟 DAY 3 : 25-01-2024 ✅ Easy peasy lemon squeezy! DAY 4 : 26-01-2024 ✅ I tried it with weights today, little did i underestimate this.. it burnedddd!!! i feel stronger than before. Feels soo good.. 💗 DAY 5 : 27-01-2024 ❌ I was so exhausted so couldn't do it. DAY 6 : 28-01-2024 ✅ DONEE!! DAY 7 : 29-01-2024 ✅ Did it with weights today! i was excited to see did i lose some inches but i wasn't expecting that much of a diff but DAMNNNNNN I LOST 1 FREAKIN INCH!!!!! SOOOOOOOO HAPPYYYY!!!!!!! So currenly 11 in!! and i feel strongerrrr 💪😭 Will do this exercise after 1 week and i'll update y'all!

    Day 1 : ✅ felt so sore i couslnt complete one excercise for 45 seconds Day 2 : ✅ felt a little easy but a little sore. This time i could actually finish all excercise for 45 seconds without feeling so sore. Day 3 : ✅ super easy. But can we just adore how pretty her smile is?! It boosts me up Day 4 : ✅ only did 6 excercises. But its better than nothing right? 😅 Day 5 : ✅ felt very unmotivated but I WANT THIN ARMS. so i did the exercise anyway. It was hard today since i only did a few yesterday. Btw i love how she boosts us up in the middle of the workout!❤ Day 6 : ✅ felt super easy. Noticed results my arms r muscular and thin compared to before Day 7: ✅ its been a week since i did this but then i remembered! It was still easy Dya 8: ✅ VERY EASY!     Hey guys! I saw some comments with people's feedback about their proccess, their feedbacks and their progress. This gave me inspiration and motivation, so I'm going to do the same. I'm planning to do it every day for a month. OBS: this are MY experiences. Each person has their own body, so it doesn't mean that it will be the same for everyone. I started today (jan. 12th) and this is my feedback: ✅ I felt that the time went by so fast that I was chocked that it was over! Yes, it hurts, you will feel your arms burn, but after the exercise ends, you'll recover it. Right now I feel well, and I will do this exercise again. I hope that the results come the way I expect. I'll keep you guys posted. 2nd day: ✅ I woke up in the morning with my arms hurting a little bit, and later on the afternoon I did the exercise and it went well. I gotta confess, the 8th one is the WORST! What a difficult and hurting exercise. Anyways, my arms burned - that's normal - and I can't wait to have the results! I'm really looking forward to it. xoxo 3rd day: ✅ I only did 11 minutes, so I'm going to do the rest tomorrow. 4th day: ✅ Dit it.     That is not a real simple question to answer, because it involves my mom dying and my specific healing journey was that my mom was a binge eater, and addicted to sugar/fat/salt. I was her caretaker and was co dependent so I would eat what she ate. When she passed who I am emerged and I had space to let her make choices. My own choices. Vegetables, those healthy choice meals were a life saver...i only drink water unless im at an event or maybe out to eat. I pay attention to the health benefits of my food...when I start to feel pain anywhere in my body I look up the spiritual meaning of that area of the body, and then i investigate how I can heal that by addressing emotional aspects of my life. Weight loss isn't just about food, it's about how you eat it, how you treat it, what you think of it, how you think about yourself. It's about trauma in the body Do some stretches, and journal and practice mindfulness. Be kind to yourself and create a vision of the results you want, not about what you don't want. Focusing on what you don't want is a one way ticket to it because our minds create our reality. This all sounds like a lot, but just start off with a little at a time... add one food item to your diet that is specifically for your health An anti inflammatory, a food high in a vitamin you need, something very simple. Get passionate about taking excellent care of your body Talk to your food, be grateful to it. The vibration we put into the world...into our water, food, relationships...is how we create the overall results

    Something else I wanted to add. Trauma trapped in the body will prevent you from losing weight. That's why physical activity, just stretching even...can move that through the body. Stretch, mindfully and understand that you may loosen up some trauma and have a burst of emotion during the stretching and physical activity.     I’ve been working on trying to do a push up for the last two weeks, so I figured I might as well get rid of my arm fat while I’m at it. My goal is to do this video at least 4 times a week for the next two weeks. The comments are really encouraging. I’ll update my progress on this thread. Day 1: felt all the burn, but also all the accomplishment ✅ Day 2: the back arm claps are brutal. Couldn’t finish that one, but I’m looking forward to when I can. ✅ Day 3: I got my mom and my sister to join me today! Back hand claps are still hard. ✅ Day 4: ✅ Week Two Day 1: still can’t finish the back clap but I lasted longer! ✅

    I’m on my Day 6. These are amazing excercises! I love how it doesn’t hurt anymore. And I am so happy that You stretch us after ❤ which is a reason why the pain also wasn’t bad the first 2 days ❤

    I'm going to be doing this for 14 days so I'll keep you posted!! Day 1= ✅did it slowly since I'm sick Day 2=✅today I felt the burn more but loved it. Day 3=✅Today I didn't stop at three seconds so I'm proud of that. Felt the burn like yesterday. One thing that motivates me is talking to myself in a pretty way while I feel like giving up. See you tomorrow! Day 4=✅ I kinda feel my arms getting a little stronger, the tension on my shoulders is slowly leaving. I think I'll try to do this workout twice a day just because it's getting a little easy for me. Day 5=✅ I can feel my biceps a little more and my triceps are burning today. Day 6=✅ I did it and the burn is real haha. I'm going to be honest I don't know if I see a difference but what I do feel is a little stronger. obviously it's been six days only so I won't give up no matter what. I am really trying to not feel discouraged and finish what I started. and remember, my progress is not going to be the same for you, so maybe you will see a difference in six days it all depends on the body fat that you currently have. so keep going you got this! Day 7=✅Well I feel stronger but I see no difference with my arms and that is kinda making me feel discouraged, I will finish the 14 days so don't worry. I have a hard time finishing what I start specially if I don't see the results fast. What I'm learning is that it not only takes physical strength, it also takes mental strength to keep doing what is healthy and right for us. See you tomorrow! Day 8= Decided to take an active rest day. Day 9=✅ Seeing some bicep definition, my problem area is triceps. Hopefully this will help with it or else I'll just try some weights. Day 10=✅ Strapped on my wrists some ankle weights because like I said I want my triceps to lose fat. I am seeing my biceps more, a little TMI but my chest is perkier and my collarbone is showing more so that’s a plus haha. See you tomorrow! Day 11= Day 12= Day 13= Day 14= Hey! I did notice some change. my biceps showed even more but my problem area is triceps so I didn't feel like it was helping me so much. But that doesn't mean that because It didn't fully work for me that it won't work for you. Every body is different so please keep that in mind. I realised the workouts that will help me target my triceps better need to have weights and that's what I'll work on.

    I've been doing this for a month now. (not everyday, 4, 5 times a week) I saw the results in less than one week. Thank you! I honestly didn't know where to start my workout routine after taking a long break, more than a year. :( I used to just watch workout videos without doing them and making workout playlists for later but it was so hard to start again. I remember when i first clicked on this, i immediately started to do them as it's a seated workout. It wasn't easy at first but it really gave me an idea on what I needed to work on. Now I'm back on my regular workout routines and following my workout playlists. I'm more active and I feel much better now. I'm so grateful I found this video. Thank you so so much. 💜💐

    I just thought about stopping doing this exercise but then I read the comments and decided to give it a shot and to try to do it for 2 weeks. I will begin to note my progress and add comments for each following day, hopefully I wont forget.. Day 1 Wednesday: did it twice and definitely felt more challenged the second try - quite sore (also enjoyed the music) Day 2 Thursday: easy first round, felt a bit more challenged the 2nd time, but easier than yesterday

    I started gaining a lot since 2023 November around 8-9 kgs in my arms, back, belly and thighs mostly. I am on calorie deficit and i started with this one today. Thanks Hailey❤ Updates: Day 1 ✅ hurts during the workout towards the end but not much really but i feel so much lighter and fresh after the workout. (I would probably increase it to 1 and a half more of the duration tomorrow)

    Since summer just started I wanted to focus on myself and make myself look and feel better so im starting doing this workout with the other arm workout by you for 1 week. Day 1: complete both of them and my arms are pretty sore afterwards. Light work no reaction 😎 Day 2 : completed both of them. И все же, 🎉тренировка позади, а я сделала всё! 4: сделала в начале дня. Повторила вечером. Спасибо моему парню, вечером сделал мне массаж рук. После массажа легче начинать новый день с тренировки. 5: сделала утром и вечером. 6: успешное утро, новый день, новый повтор. 7: это был долгий перерыв в неделю, так что я сделала перерыв. День отдыха🏝️ Вторая неделя: 1 (8): сделала одну вечернюю тренировку 😌потом был массаж рук от любимого 2 (9): было лень, но я справилась. Руки горят, сегодня было тяжко, но я сделала две тренировки 💪 поправка: я делаю только тренировки на руки 3-4: пропустила 5 (12): устроила проверку. по фото видно, что руки подтянулись визуально, но пока в объемах не изменились. Тренировку сегодня выполнила 6 (13): тренировка пройдена

    My weight is 50 kg and I will start this arm workout from today and I will try my best to update you all daily until I continue this workout. Today's date is 17th June 2024 and I will continue this exercise until 1st July because that's my first day of school and I want to go to school with a transformation. . . Just started doing these again but because of other workouts and these i was able to get less fatty arms, still not a big difference yet

    Day 1: I felt the burn😅 and I know I will be sore tomorrow. Love the fact I can sit down to do these they look so easy, but I underestimated the workout ! Can't wait to see my arm after day 15.

    been trying to attempt this arm workout twice a day everyday, sometimes i do it once sometimes i dont do it at all. Results so far: start date:5/5/24 30cm 25/5/24:28cm ill try to reply with updates under this comment, trying to get slim toned arms for my holiday 1/07/24

    I honestly tell u that I didn't feel sore because before your video I do 19 min pirated of arm and after the video I watch your it's really good warmup after heavy excercise great video it's good for beginners

    Doing this until the end of the year! (Im doing this video and 3 more, in total its a 40min session) Day 1✅️: Sweating so much, my body felt sore Day 2✅️: Legs hurting bcuz of yesterday...it burns to go upstairs...did this again, sweating, but less pain

    I'm going to do this for 15 days and to be honest I don't want waste you're time guys so i will say only truth Day 1 - it' was so good it's easy for me so I'm gonna do it 2X i can feel my muscles like it's feeling light and it's bit sore this was for today gonna keep you all update any doubt you can ask !!! Day 2 - ✅ exercise number 8 was bit difficult for me today and also my hands got sore now!! That's it for today Day 3 - ✅ done Day 4 - ✅done it was easy today and my sore hands are better now Day 5 - ✅ done didn't see any difference but trust the process Other days missed because of festival Today ✅ done Day : 10✅ done Hiii everyone i didn't continue from day 10 because i was sick today i started it again 11/12 Gonna keep you guys updated and I'm again starting from day Day 1 : ✅ done Day 2 : ✅ done

    Weight : 57 kg Waist : 72 cm Upper arm : 26 cm Breast : 86 cm Height : it's either 163 or 164 *measured it on the day 3 Curently, i just want to be better, so i start my workout journey. I do chloe thing abs workout and the lose weight one (the popular vid that had 500M+ views). I do the other arm and back workout (2 vids), face lift and double chin workout, also boobs workout. Oh for the last one is how to make collar bone look more visible (i hope i can finish till 2 weeks.... or maybe more?!) Day 1 : done Day 2 : done Day 3 : done Day 4 : did'nt do it Day 5 : done even though i don't feel motivated

    I have been so insecure all my life for being fat. Now I've decided to do this exercise for a month. Im going to post ny results here!! Arm Right-27cm, 25cm lower Arm Left-28cm, 24cm lower Day 1-✅ so sore😭 Day 2-✅ barely made it cause my arms were sore but still done it!! Day 3-✅ still sore on the back hand clap one😭 Day 4-✅managed to do it! Day 5-✅ done!! Day 6-✅Hohh sore but worth it! Day 7-✅finally one week done!! Also done it with the two other arms workout of yours!! One week results seeing some little improvements and im happy for the small win!! I update this all after one week. Second week here I come!! ❤ Week 2: Day 1-✅ done super duper sore again Day 2- Day 3- Day 4- Day 5- Day 6- Day 7-

    Today I came across this video and I am thinking of doing it for a month. Let me try it for a week then I'll see if I shall continue it for a month or not. Day 1 (2.6.24) Completed it! Day 2 (11.6.24) Completed it! Day 3 (12.6.24) I'm proud of myself for showing up and completing the exercise. Day 4 (13.6.24) I showed up and did it! Day 5 (17.6.24) Completed it!
