[REPOST] Started this on june 8, here's my progress so far 06/08/2024 (Day 1) - ✅ my arms felt like k1lling themselves after the whole thing 06/09/2024 (Day 2) - ✅ the same as day 1 06/10/2024 (Day 3) - ✅ a bit easier since I'm starting to memorize the exercises 06/11/2024 (Day 4) - ✅ same same in terms of progress. 06/12/2024 (Day 5) - ✅ same 06/13/2024 (Day 6) - ✅✅ did it twice, the second time around is much easier for some reason 06/14/2024 (Day 7) - ✅✅ WEEK 1: In terms of the results in my arms, you won't see any results that are super obvious but the good news is even if you do this everyday, you won't feel super sore and you'll probably see the huge difference you want with consistency WEEK 2 06/15/2024 (Day 1) - ✅ only did it once cos im already tired from an earlier exercise 06/16/2024 (Day 2) - ✅ 06/17/2024 (Day 3) - ✅
