We really just have one goal - to make your food life better. Ok that, and be entertained at the same time. And have you learn a few things along the way. So let’s make it 3 goals then.
If you only want the steps to make something, like those vids shot from above with no people, no conversation no nuthin - then we are absolutely not for you. But if you wanna a little fun while you learn, then this is the place.
Cooking doesn’t have to be hard, it just has to be delicious.

THANK YOU ❗️

    A little simple thing I’ve enjoyed when making grilled cheese is sprinkling salt and pepper on the outside-buttered sides before cooking

  • @saritsotangkur2438
    @saritsotangkur24385 жыл бұрын

    I grill one side of bread slices with butter first, then assemble the sandwich with the grilled side facing the inside (next to the cheese) then grill the the outside of the assembled sandwich. The bread comes out extra crunchy since you've doubled the grilled surface area and the residual heat allows the cheese to melt faster so you can use a higher heat without burning the bread.

    I have been vindicated (not that I needed to, because I’m going to do what i chose anyway ). For years my family thought I was being ocd obsessive when I spread butter from coast to coast on bread. Sam is absolutely correct when he stated that there’s an art to making grilled cheese. To this day they will only eat my grilled cheese sandwiches. The exception would be this lovely presentation from my Brutha Sam😎👨🏾‍🍳🔥
