We really just have one goal - to make your food life better. Ok that, and be entertained at the same time. And have you learn a few things along the way. So let’s make it 3 goals then.
If you only want the steps to make something, like those vids shot from above with no people, no conversation no nuthin - then we are absolutely not for you. But if you wanna a little fun while you learn, then this is the place.
Cooking doesn’t have to be hard, it just has to be delicious.

Thanks for recipe Sam. Here is the link to Sam's website recipe for this dish. (www.thecookingguy.com/cookbook/2017/12/15/beef-brisket-recipe?rq=beef%20bris). For those of you that were wondering time and temp, rule of thumb is about one hour per pound at 250 degrees. I always slow cook in smoker when doing a brisket and pull it at about 195 degrees and let it rest covered for about 30 minutes. It is a long cook in the smoker. I am looking forward to trying Sam's method....definitely shortens the cooking time.

DAMN SAM! You did it again! This is the fourth recipe we have made by you. Incredible!!!! Never tasted anything like it! We made this recipe with a "choice" brisket. We are on a budget couldn't afford the Wagyu brisket. We ate it with baked potatoes. I kept finding myself adding the sauce to the inside of the baked potato as I ate it. We cooked yellow zucchini separately and added it to the dish when they both were done cooking. Thank you for sharing this with us! Can't wait to make number 5! I think we should just make all of your recipes and try them all. Thank you so much!

Thanks Sam for the quality video you put out and another thanks from my 4 adult sons who still haven’t left home for all the food you have cooked and I have copied at home in the last 3 or 4 weeks since I discovered your KZread channel . The first of your videos I watched was places to eat in London . Whilst still licking my lips I booked a 5 day trip to London for May this year . From there KZread started recommending your cooking videos and I was hooked I even bought a counter top flat top last week . Thanks again Sam your not only getting America cooking again you’ve reawakened the passion for cooking in a man from the middle of England. Don’t let the ugliness of the people who post negative comments get to you if you do they win . Kind regards , David ( Derby England )

I agree, he’s absolutely correct. I mean, just Google “Wagyu” - the difference between the meat used in this video and that will be night and day. I found this video because I just purchased one and was looking for inspiration. I couldn’t get past 30 seconds before being confounded by what I was seeing.

Having a Jewish family, we would have brisket at all holidays. Our family recipe is shockingly similar to this. I can tell you, it comes out fantastic!!!! This is epic. We use a turkey roasting pan with a lid and into the oven. The juice left in the pan is amazing.
