We really just have one goal - to make your food life better. Ok that, and be entertained at the same time. And have you learn a few things along the way. So let’s make it 3 goals then.
If you only want the steps to make something, like those vids shot from above with no people, no conversation no nuthin - then we are absolutely not for you. But if you wanna a little fun while you learn, then this is the place.
Cooking doesn’t have to be hard, it just has to be delicious.

THANK YOU ❗️

Sam, today, Fathers Day, I cooked a choice prime rib on a gas grill with rotisserie following your recipe and technique. I have charcoal Weber’d at least 50 roasts, used to do it for work. This was my first on a rotisserie and it was the best I have ever had. You made me look like a hero man, thank you very much. You are a very good instructor.

@@samthecookingguy I plan on deboning at least four turkeys to fit in my freezer when they go on sale. Deep fry a deboned turkey man. Stuff it to your desire. My stuffing has sausage and smoked oyster in it. My aunt's has fucking boiled eggs and pickles for her husband. Last time I deboned a bird it was a duck that got stuffed with apricots. All the bones come out but the wings and uh ankles. Only crotosoocm in rotisserie prime is the sacrifice of aus jus which to me can't be parted with. And you can totally cake a quarter inch of rub on one of these. Pepper and garlic salt works. I bet the smoke kicks ass though. I would love to see a deboned bird deep fried and where you would take it

Your videos began being recommended to me about 6 months ago or so. I absolutely love them. My choice of words also gets me in hot water sometimes too. Thank you so much for doing a prime rib episode because good prime rib is my favorite thing ever. I could just never afford to, or justify ruining a prime rib because I had no idea how to cook it well. Actual recipes don't always translate for me, I need to see someone making it. I mean. it took me a few turkeys to actually figure out a roast turkey that was good, much less great.

Hands down the best Prime rib I've ever made. The sauce was the bomb too! Prior to cooking I cut the roast off the bone except for about a 1/4" of meat that cooked off and it came apart easily. I mixed up yellow mustard with prepared horse radish to emulate what you did. Even though I didn't have fresh herbs it was still great since I mashed up the Tyme and Rosemary in my mortar and pestal which seemed to help. It's frikin hard to stop eating this! My roast was only a "premium" from the grocery @ $5.88/lb. Best $30 roast I've ever cooked. Thank you so much!! I stopped eating 20 minutes ago and my mouth is still salivating.

That illegal horsey sauce. Thanks Sam, best New Year's Prime Rib. EVAH. Oh, and BTW, I got my man the Harry's shaving kit/razor for Christmas you endorsed in one of your videos.....ALSO, BEST. EVAH. I loved everything you did. Perfect! Next time, (I know you've thought of this after the fact) the beef goes in first - balanced, centered, rotating then the charcoal in the basket. I use the tray you prepped with to shield the beef from ashes and embers from the charcoal pour. Just stick it in vertically and lean it against the beef while you pour lumps. The other sweet thing I do is place 3-4 white oak chunks on top of the white charcoal. It then becomes "Texas Style". I enjoy you business on KZread.

I want to thank you for this video. My wife bought some horrible shoulder roast because it was on sale. I used this recipe on it, cooked it in the smoker and sliced it real thin. It came out great and the horseradish sauce was great. Nobody could tell that she bought the leanest and toughest part of the cow. Thanks!

Today, I used soy sauce for the very same reason but on a different dish. I used it along with lemon zest, black pepper, salt, and parsley on Tilapia fillets, which I baked, encrusted with Parmesan cheese. I love this channel for instruction and inspiration. Thank you.
