We really just have one goal - to make your food life better. Ok that, and be entertained at the same time. And have you learn a few things along the way. So let’s make it 3 goals then.
If you only want the steps to make something, like those vids shot from above with no people, no conversation no nuthin - then we are absolutely not for you. But if you wanna a little fun while you learn, then this is the place.
Cooking doesn’t have to be hard, it just has to be delicious.

Yeah I agree but, the benefit of it is you can buy it and leave it in there for months at a time without worrying about it going bad and its probably cheaper than fresh spinach... as a broke person, always looking to get stuff for cheaper and still get good flavor

I’ve been watching your videos for several months now and I share a lot of them with my father. He cooks a lot of your recipes at his fire station and everyone loves it. Thanks so much for inspiring him to cook new things and keeping the firehouse happy
Just made this for my wife. The avocado oil makes all the difference! I always used olive oil prior to this. The twice baked potatoes were the star of the show! I added a little crispy bacon and some cheddar crumbles. They came out perfect. My wife hated spinach until last night. Your creamed spinach was "heavenly" according to her. She also loved the lettuce wedge salad and now wants the all the time. I think I've created a monster... Going to try your hangover burrito tomorrow. Wish me luck!
8:27 "You might often have cream" -- I never used to keep cream in my fridge, until I started watching this channel. Now I try to always have some around.

I do my filet the way you do and it’s perfection every time. I love the slightly pink middle. It makes the steak so tender you don’t need a knife really. I love a good filet and the constant turning is perfect. Thank you!
I made the creamed spinach after watching this...it took a while to come together but as soon as the steaks were done, so was the creamed spinach and it was AMAZING! You are my favorite KZread cooking channel and you and the boys get better and funnier as time goes on.

Did this exact thing for my wife for Valentines Day, Filet seared and cooked to perfection. (Cast Iron flipping every minute) twice baked potato, side of beans, fresh fruit, and salad. Warm pie for desert with ice cream. It was a hit for sure. Thanks again for everything. I learn from you every time I watch. (which is every time you post a vid.)

Love to make the twice baked. Always a hit with my boys. Never made the spinach. That's on tap this weekend. Thanks! Always entertaining. And congrats to your entire family.

Sam, congrats on becoming a grandpa. Just want to express my appreciation for these short, informational and hilarious videos. We live in North Texas and were without power for 3 days. Thanks for being out here, Sam. Up till 5AM completing a project, and the time was full of food inspiration. One thing I love making are smash burgers. I def use the Montreal seasoning with a bit of S&P. My kids are super picky and love them. Usually, I go all in on one for myself, and recently made one I've dubbed the "Bacon! Cluckin' Bucker".
