We really just have one goal - to make your food life better. Ok that, and be entertained at the same time. And have you learn a few things along the way. So let’s make it 3 goals then.
If you only want the steps to make something, like those vids shot from above with no people, no conversation no nuthin - then we are absolutely not for you. But if you wanna a little fun while you learn, then this is the place.
Cooking doesn’t have to be hard, it just has to be delicious.

THANK YOU ❗️

As a butcher I absolutely loved this video!! The diagram of the cow is awesome.
Chance dropped a gem and it didn’t get nearly enough love. “Im in Beef Mode” instead of Beast Mode. Stay Golden Chancey Boy
Got so excited just by seeing the video length being 30 min ! It’s like sitting down and enjoying a favorite sitcom. Content you guys make is top tier! Much love from LA
I just want to say how much I appreciate the sheer amount of preparation that went into this. Thank you Sam. All look fantastic

@@elonmusk8665 Yo! How's Twitter!! Save the day!!
My 8 year old son, Joey, and I love watching your shows. When Sam. It into that glorious burger he said "daddy, he's going to do the thing with the paper towel roll". He was pretty shocked and bummed when he used a brown rag. Love these shows! He wants a t-shirt but I don't think there are youth mediums.
In the 70's I worked in an exceptional fine dining restaurant. One of our Signature Entries was Chateaubriand for 2 with roasted vegetables flamed with Brandy while served. It was the iconic item for special events in our Restaurant...The presentation was so impressive! A white napkin over the firearm while preparing...it was a Ritual! I truly miss the FINE THINGS!

You should definitely always cover your firearm when serving beef to your guests.
been watching you for a little over a year now. you are very entertaining and your recipes are amazing to. you've made my cooking skills so much better in flavorful ways keep it up man love to watch you.
You should do a breakfast video with leftovers. Leftover beef or just anything you have left over... Also just a leftovers video with some fresh ideas would be interesting as well. Keep up the great work guys!
We all know now the answer to “where’s the beef?” Sam took it all. AND Sam’s version of a taco salad? ❤️👍🏻🇺🇸🥃🇨🇦

OMG, I can't think of the last time I laughed so so much watching a KZread video. How you can make cooking excellent food be so darn funny, it's incredible. I love it. And of course, I learned so much. You and your team are simply amazing. Thank you so much for sharing. I learn when I watch, you fill my head with ideas, and you make it look simple. I appreciate that. Just an awesome video!!!
Thank you for cooking every cut the right way! looks awesome
Someone who does this never has a shortage of friends, yet I will always volunteer to be just one more friend to all of you
Best 30.08 minutes I spent in a while. Thanks guys
I initially thought a 30 min video would be hard to get through, but this was legit! Good job boys! Keep em' coming
Damn, Sam! My mouth won"t stop watering! I love beef in all shapes, sizes and cooking methods and you've done EIGHT of them here...AWESOME! It was a lot of work, I'm sure, but I sure do appreciate all your efforts...Thank you for this.
This video was… *EPIC!* 👍🏻👍🏻 Thanks Sam & crew! 🙏🏻
Most long youtube videos...I'm tuning out...watched the whole thing guy! Nice work, and I ate two Staub grilled steaks while watching. Top notch good time! Thank you
Mr. Cooking Guy - this is seriously amazing! Thanks for doing this - can't wait to try these!
Thanks guys for the nice, long vid story today!
Hey guys! Love your channel. Everything we’ve tried is as good as you say it is. Appreciate how simple the recipes are and the big taste they deliver. We have a tip for you!!! We noticed you use French’s mustard in these recipes. Did you know there is a secret in the lid of the mustard bottle? No lies!!!! When you open the flip top lid of the mustard, bend it right back until it “clicks”. The bottle is designed to hold your lid open so it doesn’t get in the way when squirting the mustard 🤯🤯🤯🤯 right???? Looking forward to the next video. Cheers!
Is it just me or is that cow cuts drawing made amazingly well on the black board lol my hat to whoever drew it 😍👌
Watching this while prepping Sam's goat cheese scalloped potatoes for tonight's supper. 👍🏻

17:11 “Alright let’s get this guy off… Come buddy…” -Me in the back of Beef 101, snickering then losing it 😂😂😂

As Sam is standing by the chalk board he kinda looks liked Ben Stein... anybody else think so? 🤔 Love the show Sam! Keep'em Rollin
Sam, watching this literally made my mouth water!
Eating pork Katsu with vegetable curry while watching this is extremely satisfying especially when Sam did the video for it last week!! And omg it was absolutely amazing
Mouthwateringly awesome episode! Great job!

What a great Cooking guy episode really enjoyed it Sam 👍👍👍
Wow that was alot of prepping for this episode. You guys are amazing! Everything looked mouth watering delicious. And you all make me laugh out loud every episode. I am glad you try to not swear so much. Thank you for that, its a bad trigger for me. But love you guys so much!🥰can't wait to try some of these recipes.
Great job. Not often I go back and rewatch a video right after it finished. 😊
Up Next Pork 101 & Lamb 101 would be yumm!
Love the different ways you cooked the beef.
I was a standing rib roast or ribeye guy until I moved to California and had tri-tip. He’s right tri-tip is exactly what beef is suppose to be. ❤
Man.. this makes me want a nice cut of fillet marinated and grilled with extra marinade mix to dip it in with sauteed mushrooms onions and garlic. OmG! Really makes me want some of all the stuff you just cooked! 🤤😋
Beef heaven. 👌 brilliant job fellas. I had to stop the video in middle and have a snack. It made me very hungry.
Excellent video, great work and I think you & the boys are having far too much fun, lol. Keep it up.
Sam you did an amazing job with all the different beef. Thank you for sharing. ❤❤😮
Only just found your videos. Bloody love it mate, nice work. Cheers 👍
Just bought a half cow for my first time ever. Thank you for this video. Need new ways to cook beef. Almost as if you were reading my mind today. Love your videos and book.
That "G" in Cooking is goated.
Oh man! Half of these looked incredible!
Sam, Sam, Sam,! I will shout from the rooftops for all these fine beef recipes you made thank you.
This was a fantastic episode. Classic perfect Sam. Still wanting you to make a turkey parmesan! 😂
My favorite video yet! Great job boys
Gorgeous! This just made me really happy while watching. Now off to the butcher.
“A day without mustard is a day without sunshine” !!!
Holy cow, great demo!
28:45 "We like them loose". Me too Max, me too.
Absolutely loved the whole video on beef! I'm from the midwest and recently discovered tri-tip and it's my new favorite cut! 🍻boys
“This video brought to you by the National Beef Council” Ok, not really - everything looks killer! One of the best episodes in a while (they’ve all been good, this just seems next f’ing level) Local store (WinCo) has whole eye-round on sale for cheap.
man this guy is legendary. crazy. thanks sam
30 minutes of Sam and beef! What more could you ask for?
OMG, That's Nutz just like you Sam!!! Loved it. Thank you. BB
Absolutely love this interaction between sam and his camera men
Another great video!!!
Hey Sam! More long video like this! 👍 By the way, make your favourite 🥩 tartare recipe! Thanks 🙏 Cheers from San Diego California
Hey Sam! Just a suggestion....try using your Soy Paste instead of mustard. I have done both and can honestly say I really prefer the Soy Paste. Thanks for a lot of great videos and great food I have made after watching!
Everything looks fanfreakintastic! And yes, I just sang I love a parade in my Clark W G Griswold voice! That scene when he was stumbling through the desert in Vacation 🤣🤣
Excellent .Thanks
and... now I'm starving.. great episode!
Thank you Sam, I agree!
This video format was a lot of fun, this would be great with every protein!
I'm not really a fan of mushrooms but those bad boys looked absolutely elegant I'd definitely try those kids lol. And the only reason I'm skeptical of mushrooms is because my cousin gave me some so I cooked them in with tacos and wow what a trip I took in lala land lolz.
Love the banter going back and forth between you guys. Guess the women are on the sidelines waiting to cleanup the mess. Loved your video and great recipes.
Looks amazing
So passionate about the bacon and brisket burger! I would be too! Ha! Looks awesome!
Everything you cooked was perfect! I’ll take that burger 3-4 times a week.
I spent the whole episode salivating
Best food video I’ve watched in a long time and I watch a lot. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
Thank you Learned ALOT 👍
Thanks Sam, Max, and Chance!
THANK YOU SAM for a nice long Friday edition of STCG !!!!!!
Awesome video. When you said surprise for the brisket burger, I thought you were going to put the mushrooms on it. Beef bacon also good.
more longer videos!! love them
Am 3/4s done watching this video & had to pause just to comment.. This 8 separate meats cuts "beef video" is definitely a 'top 5' STCG vid :-) Is Very Good! Okay, that's all. Back to watching.
This vid wins as the most busy and talky STCG vid ever! 👍🏻💖
Would have loved to see the Tri Tip on the Santa Maria grill... Everything looks great!
Yeah! Mr. Cooking Guy!
I want to try absolutely all of these
I made beef birria tacos the other day. I don't eat beef often, but holy shit! They were amazing!
This is my new favorite channel
I watch your vids for the entertainment and educational content. And you never let me down
Best episode yet!
I love the Good Eats class room vibe.
Wow! That was highly impressive! Highly!
Great episode guys!
Awesome video!!!
I love a parade, the tramping of feet, I love every beat I hear of a drum. I love a parade, when I hear a band I just want to stand and cheer as they come.
this is the best video you have ever made
Great vid!👍
Sam, an impressive display of beef consumption. Moo!
