Ingredients:
Marination:
Mutton/Beef Liver 1/2 Kg
Full Fat Yogurt 3 tbsp
Fried Onions 2 tbsp
1 Green Chilli (mild/hot)
Dried Fenugreek 1 tbsp
Turmeric 1/4 tsp
Black Pepper 1/2 tsp
(freshly crushed)
Red Chilli Flakes 1/2 tbsp
Lemon 2-3 tbsp
Ginger Garlic 1 tbsp
Garam Masala/Seven Spices 1/2 tbsp
Olive Oil 1/4 cup
Marinate it for 30 mins
Cook 5 mins on high heat, evaporate excess lliquid
never overcook it, to prevent tenderness
cover and simmer for 10 mins
Now add Salt 1 tsp or to taste
Dried Fenugreek 1 tbsp again
Salad
some white onions sliced
green chilli
tomatoes sliced
fresh mint
salad dressing: lemon, olive oil, salt and pepper
serve with refreshing salad
Enjoy with flatbread/ naan or rice
