- Lemon Juice 2 tbsp
- Icing/Powder Sugar 1/4 Cup
- Thick Cream 220 ml
- Madeleines /Cake 3-4 pieces
- Raspberry Syrup - as required
- Fresh Raspberries 1 cup
- Take room temperature Cream Cheese Mash it to make it soft.
