It was my first attempt at making tiramisu. I was a little nervous as I was bringing it to my Bible Study group tonight for our annual Christmas dinner. I have used some of your recipes in the past, and trusted you for this desert. I followed it to the letter! Long story short, it was a huge hit at our event, almost completely gone. Left just enough so I can have it for breakfast tomorrow! Thank you Natasha for a wonderful recipe.

I slightly cheated on this recipe and used white chocolate flavor cook and serve pudding instead of the custard and cream cheese instead of marscopone cheese. My family loved it so much they told me to make it that way EVERY time!! I'm sure it tastes different but still delicious! I love your recipes Natasha! ❤

This is a great recipe! After cooking my eggs for 10 minutes, they still smelled like raw eggs. So I added a splash of vanilla essence and cooked them a few minutes longer. Helped a lot!

I made this for my sister's birthday today. It was soooooooooooo good! My family didn't trust me at first because I always end up making something inedible. But after tasting this Tiramisu their minds were blown away! Thanks Natasha for helping me save my respect 😂

@@maggiethomas6836 you can get them from any grocery store call around to see if they are in stock. It’s the holidays and people make this a lot around Christmas and New Year’s so I would just call first. The other thing you can do is order online

Absolutely love this dessert. I was craving tiramisu so much and I decided to make it today. The only extra thing I did was add vanilla extract into the batter when I combined the heavy cream inside. It gave it such a delicious creamy and fragrant texture! You’re awesome. Thanks Natasha. :)

I made this last weekend. Few months ago, I remember being obssessed with this cake and had to order from someone who bake this like once every week coz it was that good. When I started having the courage to bake and cook, I decided to give this a try and was happy to see that Natasha has a recipe for it. OMG! It was so good. Very easy recipe but truly satisfying. I can't wait to invite guests soon and serve this awesome dessert. Thank you!!!

For me cream here is not nessesary..Comes out to heavy..Whipped egg whites would do better...

@@Btrutaltruth That's the original Tiramisu. Same as here, but not with cream, but with whipped egg whites. I've always done it that way, then I found out here on KZread that some people make it with whipped cream. I like both version now XD

I’m made this on Saturday and it turned out really delicious! I love it! I added a coffee non-alcoholic liqueur & vanilla extract along with rum to the espresso. I’m going to make it again when it runs out. 😋😊

Natashas Kitchen what kind of rum you used? I only have: Bacardi Limon citrus rum and Bacardi Puerto Rico rum

An fancy Italian restaurant level cake! Amaaazing recipe

Absolute heaven! I'm a big fan of Tiramisu I made it for the first time and it is soooooo good! I didn't use dark rum I replaced it with more vanilla. My only advice would be use a good quality espresso or dark coffee because it really makes a difference in taste! Also, if possible let the Tiramisu sit in the fridge for 1-2 days it absorbs the ingredients better in my opinion and tastes better. But overall amazing recipe ❤️👌

If you prefer to omit the alcohol completely, you can just leave out the rum or add a little bit of vanilla extract to taste.

I just made your tiramisu. Turned out absolutely perfect. Didn't have any rum so I used 1 tablespoon vanilla and 2 tablespoons of heavy cream to whip up the cheese. Used 3 tablespoons of Kahlua in the espresso coffee (just my preference over the flavor of rum) thank you for easy step by step recipes.

I have never made a dessert but with lockdown I have learnt how to bake breads/rolls/make pastas/experiment in the kitchen which has really increased my confidence!I made this Tiramisu recipe for my SIL 1st lunch at our house.It was an incredible hit!I made 2 trays.1 for the lunch party and 1 for my friend who loves desserts.Wow wow wow,I replaced the rum with vanilla essence and made it 2days ahead of time.It was the most incredible hit!There is just a tiny bowl left.Thank you Natasha!I will make the pavlova next as I dont want to waste the egg whites from the tiramisu recipe.Il keep you posted!

I am totally making this the next time I go shopping! I've had tiramisu before but it was collapsed and the cream was to wet! Can't wait to try this out! I'll let you know how it went in a couple of days!

Tiramisu is my absolute favorite desert. I made this with my daughter in about 45 minutes last night. The hardest part was having the patience to leave it in the fridge over night. We just had our 1st piece and HOLY COW!!! If not the best, it is as good as the best I have ever had. We just followed the video and it was extremely easy and is now our go to desert. Every one of Natasha's recipes have been amazing. I am now making the best chocolate chip cookies, Tres Leche, Tomato Soup, etc.... I am now a better husband and Dad because of you Natasha :)

Can cream cheese be used instead of mascopone? Love all your recipes Natasha!

Mascarpone is essentially the Italian version of cream cheese. At it’s core, it is made of whipped cream, stabilized with an acidic ingredient such as lemon juice or citric acid. Mascarpone cheese has a silkier consistency, is milder in flavor and has twice as much fat as cream cheese. In some cases, you can substitute with cream cheese like in our Tiramisu Yule Log but the flavor and texture will be different.

I use coffee liquor instead of rhum and it is fantastic!

We used golden rum but you can use dark rum. You can also substitute the rum with a little Grand Marnier, or amaretto. If you prefer to omit the alcohol completely, you can just leave out the rum or ad a little bit of of vanilla extract to taste. or even a little bit

I LOVE Tiramasu!! Its probably my absolute favorite desert. I usually eat it till its gone. It looks to difficult for me to make. My local store has 1 lb pre packaged carton of it for 7 or 8 dollars. I don't think I could buy the ingredients for under 8.00 so I guess I'll stick with pre-made. Yours looks AWESOME!

Can I ask how much vanilla do you put? I only have store bought vanilla essence and I am wondering what is the measurement that I should use.
