Thank you dear God for this. I’ve completely stopped working out for about 3 years now & I’ve become an out of shape piece of crap. I just turned 50 & just needed a simple spark to get back into shape. I hope this is what gets me back👍🏼

Hate to break it to you but if your “hoping” to get back into shape through finding motivation which is external to yourself, your not setting yourself up for success.

New subscriber here haven’t been motivated to get back in the gym since everything opened back up properly from covid, did the odd workout with my weights in the garden and couldn’t stick with it, but your channel has recently inspired me to start my burpee journey mixing it in with kettlebell training chin ups/pull ups/dips something really spoke to me and said get off your arse and get moving again so thanks! 👊

With respect, these routines are still too intense for beginners. 100 Burpees can cause scapula and elbow/ tricep tentonitis. Can you do a ultimate starter cause with a 3 month prep window please. Thanks again

With respect Jamie, I quite clearly stated at the start to go at your own pace and only do the amount of burpees you can handle. Appreciate your input brother Apologies if that sounds a bit abrupt.

Bro he explained that if you are a bigginer do say 25 and then once that's easy go up..your body won't break down if you slowly increase reps as you get stronger and fitter.

Weights are good too bro it all depends on what goals your looking for and what physique personally I feel like it's good to do it all, weights, calisthenics, cardio, etc. not just put your crabs in one bucket like doing just purely weights or purely calisthenics it's good to test one rep maxes every now and then too people in the calisthenics community tend to try to prove why it's better than weights and truth is nothing is better than the other it all depends on what your goals are. Calisthenics won't get you the strongest and weights won't get you the fittest or healthiest life is all about balance and I feel like once people understand that they will start to see results. But don't get me wrong I feel burpees pullups pushups dips when you do them in supersets do put you Ina different zone. It's a different kind of workout that I can agree not to many people can keep up with or built for that type of training it's really just you a bar and the floor and your determination. But I just hate it when people try to push calisthenics like it's the best I love calisthenics but there are other good ways of training that I feel people shouldn't diminish or talk down on just because it's not there preferred way of training. Opinions are like assholes everyones got one and they all stink at the end of the day.
