Whether it's a lack of equipment, you're on the road traveling, at home, and you want to train your legs and get a great workout in; I wanted to create a thorough list of lower body bodyweight exercises that will challenge you.
Some of them are more appropriate for power and speed work, some for conditioning, and some for strength training.
While I don't believe that you can get the best results when it comes to a bodyweight transformation and improving performance with just bodyweight exercises, I do believe that they're a great tool in the toolbox and with the proper workouts you can improve your strength, lean muscle, fitness, and performance.
I hope this video gives you plenty of choices for your leg workout with just bodyweight exercises.
