Beef Liver and Onions w/Creamy Grits

Does anyone still eat this classic? I do! Beef Liver is one of the most nutrient dense meats you can eat!
Liver and Onions
2lbs beef liver
Buttermilk to cover
Seasoned flour on plate or dredge station
2 onions, sliced
2 Cups Beef Broth
1 TBS Worcestershire Sauce
2 TBS AP Flour
Cajun seasoning, salt, pepper, garlic powder to tast
Soak Liver in buttermilk overnight
Remove liver from buttermilk and rinse
Season with seasonings above
Coat in seasoned flour (use same seasonings as used on liver)
Brown in skillet or Dutch oven over med/high heat, 4 to 5 minutes each side and remove
Brown onions
Add flour to onions and stir
Add beef broth and Worcestershire sauce and stir
Season to taste
Add liver back to pot
Cover, reduce to simmer and simmer for 30 minutes.
Enjoy.
