I know a trick to make liver soft and tender with a bowl of warm water and place the liver into the bowl and let the blood outta the liver and take it out and season the liver and flour it and fry it too brown it take it out brown the onion and add the liver back to the pot add some beef broth a pat of butter and put the top on the pot add a Bay leaf 🍃 and boom boom boom boom ❤
