"I am able to express myself with ease" is my mantra right now. I'm very sensitive to other people's energies and don't fully express myself around others I don't feel comfortable around. I make myself small in those moments. So I'm choosing to show up as my full self as much as I can no matter the situation. Thanks Alyse 💖

Wow! I really resonated with the idea of emotions becoming moods. I recognize that I easily fall into the habit of my negative emotions settling into and creating negative moods. I am going to take your advice and those lists and really reflect to see where I need to focus my energy. This video is EXACTLY what I needed to hear right now! Thank you so much!!

This is great. I'd also like to add, that similar to the feelings that can become personality over time, the ages we feel can do that to us too. Whether it is youthful energy or feelings of getting old, it's important to remember that age is also just a feeling/mental state!

Hey Alyse! I see in the comments that your old subscribers are coming back. I was an old subscriber too! I didn’t unsubscribe for any particular reason but I knew about what those other comments are referring to. I ended up deleting all my socials around the same time as all that for other reasons so I didn’t keep track. Recently the way I use KZread is just open it and see what the algorithm has in store for me. Today I randomly and vividly thought of your name and wanted to see what you were up to these days. You seem like a completely different version of yourself. I always admired you but you are younger than me lol so I viewed you as a little sister type. Now, you sound like a mother. Mature, nurturing and wise. It’s inspiring to see and i am really happy for you. You have always had a bright light but never as bright as today! I don’t know if you have had kids or plan to but i wanted to say i know you’ll be such a loving mother! I can just tell! And I felt called to let you know. Also, I think some people don’t realize that you essentially grew up on KZread. I went through a lot of phases and changes when growing up too and although I am much more grounded now and my life experience has given me wisdom, I still evolve today as an adult. In my opinion, that’s a major part of the life experience and it’s a part of what we are supposed to do. At the same time, i am grateful my questionable phases of this life weren’t lived out in front of the world! Not to say you went through questionable phases lol, but that people get upset when you explore this one wild life to see what suits you best, when it’s something they don’t understand. So..I don’t know why the universe gave me your name this morning but I thought I’d pop in with my observations. That you have very clearly evolved and you are just as beautiful as ever but more radiant, wise and maternal than I ever perceived you to be before. I should add that whole “for what it’s worth” part. 🙃 Ps I looooove Bruce Lipton. Joe Dispensa is very good too but Bruce gives me sweet grandfatherly vibes 😊 Loved your video. Glad I looked you up because I needed to hear these reminders this morning!! Keep it up little homie you are doing great work 👏🏼💕✌🏼

thank you deeply for your thoughtful message, taking time to share your experience and thoughts. i really appreciate your reflection! and so glad that you followed the calling to look up my channel again after some time. it’s been QUITE the journey over the years and i do notice too that i have gone through a profound metamorphosis of becoming more grounded and nurturing. and, more recently i’ve been struggling to feel connected to my purpose on social media. so your comment came at the perfect time. thank you. 🙏🏼🤍🕊️

I relate to this so deeply, since being diagnosed with my my chronic illness, menieres, I often wonder what happened to my playful carefree self? I often look back at feel so disconnected from her but never understood why I changed; I blamed this illness, but I won’t anymore, thank you so much I will work on this right away x

Omg sooooo aligned! I just read the Dr. Joe Dispenza book, and have been diving into the meditations, and I glimpsed your video, and was like hmmm I feel this is going to be right up my alley at this moment, and boom! You're talking about precisely what I have been going through lately! Curious - what was the connection you made between Breaking the Habit of being yourself and the 5 Personality Patterns?

Alyseeee this was everything!!! This video was spot on with what I needed right now. Trying to come out of the last two years feeling cocooned inside my chronic illness experience has been a challenge and these tools are going to be soooo helpful for me I already know. Question - how do we differentiate between letting a “negative” emotion (for example fear) flow through us in order to be fully expressed and released vs. interrupting it, not allowing it to be anymore, and redirecting to a supportive emotion. Does that make sense?

I have to say alyse I was disappointed in alot of your old videos especially when you went carnivore. The transition from vegan to that was alarming and done with a little carelessness to your following but I loved this video and has me following you again. Thank you so much.

Jesus is the main character of my life and should be yours as well. Give your life to God and i promise your life will change for the better. Its sad to have seen you fall deeper and deeper into nonsense. 🙏🙏🙏
