hiii fam! the skills that i am practicing in 2023 are energetic boundaries & being more actively on top of changing my state when i notice old patterns! how about you? which of these 5 skills are you leaning into this year?

Flexibility for sure. In particular, trusting in the unknown sounds super difficult to me. I wonder what tips you might have for this?

You hadn't showed up on my feed for quite some time and I was just thinking, is that Alyse still making videos? So I looked you up and wah-la, here you are standing strong with a new name. I'm so glad you continue to follow your path. I have always enjoyed your chat vids. What you offer is so helpful. One comment on the boundary skill is that knowing what you need is important, yes, but also crucial is believing that your needs are valid. I would love a vid on the subject of boundaries and a more in depth look at what that entails. Thank you again for showing up. It's so good to see and hear you again.

I am currently reading the 5 Personality Patterns book and loving it. This year I am working on grounding myself more in my sense of self (I tend to merge or take on others emotions as my own which isn't healthy for me) and also working on having more self awareness of my own emotions and being able to simply observe and change my mindset. Thanks for sharing Alyse 💖

Love this video and advice on how I can level up! I definitely resonate with these skills and will prioritize regulating my nervous system, even if it’s just taking a few deep breaths! I appreciate your videos and here’s to a happy new year ❤

My new years resolution is to be selective in where I spend "my currency" aka 1. My energy, 2. My time, 3. My money. So I really want to get in touch with my needs, so I can spend wisely. Thanks for this video 💕

can you do an updated workout routine pls? you make working out look like a health tool rather than a punishment...feeling inspired to become my truest self this year but no motivation to actually care for myself. would like to see if youre still doing things like weightlifting / running / pilates or have changed your movement routine since the previous vids. thank u ily

the most important skill I'm prioritizing is skill number 5, i need to step back and allow the world to flow around me instead or always trying to be a step ahead

❤ Hi Alyse, what do you think about fast fashion? And about reduce-reuse-recycle? Where and how do you get your tan? Have you ever tried other hairstyles or hair-colors? Do you follow any fashion trend at the moment? What do you think about open relationships? Have you tried something risky lately in any area of your life? What are your favorite movies and why? What were your favorite toys when you were little? What was your favorite food when you were little? Did you had any crush growing up? 😅😊

Thank you Alyse 💖 I thought, the gift I have received over the last 2 years is deeply knowing I will never be behind or fall behind. It has taken some practice but most days I know in my heart that I am on my own unique journey. The journey and path I am on feels special to me. I love being able to feel that level of trust in myself and the universe. For most of my life I have not felt that. 🎁 Another gift was to watch this video and receive a loving gentle reminder from Alyse of all the things that will support me, nourish me and my relationships, and what has changed my life. These practices have made such an impact on the person I am today and my life. I have tried the watermelon LMNT. I like it. I am looking forward to trying the choclate flavor.
