99.9% of all people are completely unaware of the unhealthy patterns that have been programmed into them. It takes a high level of self-awareness to recognize any of this and take any sort of action to address the patterns. Without therapy, this sort of evolvement is almost impossible. Clearly, you have had lots of therapy/mentors and have become very aware of your own patterns which is awesome. Lineage is an even more in-depth recognition of your limitations and it's awesome that you are suggesting thinking above and beyond the self.

Thank you so much for making this video and sharing your thoughts, experiences, and advice for all of us on our own healing journeys. I've been dealing with severe anxiety and panic attacks recently, and I've been in a moment of stillness for about a year because of health issues and and other things, and this whole time I didn't feel like it was okay that I wasn't doing things like everyone else, and I've noticed that every time I try to get a new job, or do something along the lines of what everyone else is doing, there is an immediate resistance from the universe, or I don't get the job, or the job doesn't work out. I'm 26 and I truly believe this is a time for healing for me, even though it hasn't been easy to come to terms with, I know that there's a greater purpose for what I'm going through. What came to my mind about the pattern of people crossing your boundary to say they are making you pissed off is may be a part of you is keeping that in place inside like I have to act this way or else this, or I need to do this or else this, and may be it is a reflection of what you have inside reflecting outside... What is the relationship with that part of you, where you think things have to be this way, or I have to act this way..? And what is that part wanting. When we come to terms to what that part wants it eases of it should and need to.. how can I have this without the shoulds..? or without so much of pressure of me doing this? Being and intuitive just channeling some wisdom that is coming right now. hope it helps.... I am sure it helps everyone who is may be having a situation where they felt people are unfair... now what part of you inside things you need to act this way to be received that way... and can that part be loved unconditionally or be accepted for its needs without the attached conditions? bid topic and really deep dive. we can do that later lol. 🙏🙏
