Becoming More Confident 🙌🏽
As I mentioned in the video, I still have a lot of internal work to do but these are the things that have helped me become more confident. I hope if you are working on rebuilding your confidence that you found this helpful, and please let me know some of your tips in the comments below, too!

Thank you for sharing this video, Misako! All of your tips hit home with me. Stay blessed and beautiful.
i love this closeup setup, once you start learning how to start rejecting certain things in your life and decided to focus your time and energy on the things that do truly matter to you - making you healthier and happier.

YESSS GIRL! You said this perfectly. 💯
you're just awesome ❤
Hi Misako, new subscriber here :-) Just wanted to stop by, say hello and thank you for this video! Very grateful that this popped up in my feed. I'm currently going through a burnout, which nearly killed my self-confidence on so many levels. Your video pointed out so many important things that I want to take with me on my new journey to self-healing. So again, thank you from all my heart!
Misako thank you for sharing, especially this video. Very well said, and some things I really needed to hear right now. I also appreciate that you’re so calm, down to earth, and not at all hypey. Sending you a big virtual hug. PS I’m not usually much of a comment-leaver and I was driving while listening to this and I just had to pull over to leave you a comment
Am I the only one whose jaw dropped when she said she graduated high school in 2012? I graduated 2010 and was CERTAIN, Masako was older. SO wise and intropsective, I presumed she was at least 30. Beautiful advice!
❤️
loved everything said in this video. Particularly that moment of realising that you can't get validation or confidence from others. As an aside, self-belief and self-worth are so important in that. Cause at the end of the day you're not always going to have the help of others telling you 'you've got this'... there WILL be moments of quiet and silence where that ALL has to come from you and only you. Sinking into that silence and learning how to fill that silence myself was a game changer. Cause as soon as I started to have that, all the unhelpful noise of others just.. did not matter anymore. I've not perfected it, and it wasn't a simple thing - i just think its important, y'know?
Misako yayyy I bought a bracelet with stones that support self love/confidence and every time I doubt my decisions and my dreams I move the bracelet from one wrist to the other.
Oh how I wish I had this video in my 30’s!!
Woah thanks :)
Mannn humility is by biggest issue. It stops me from expressing my personality fully, dancing, etc. always worried about looking foolish. It’s time to boss up.
💯💯💯 watching your videos is part of my self care routine ✨
The par t where you talk about creating a youtube channel really hit me. It took me two years to start a podcast because I was afraid of the judgement! Being a creative is a battle within ourselves!

So true!!!! Being vulnerable is something I have been working on lately as well and it has been amazing!! I've been working on my confidence for a while now and day by day I'm becoming more and more comfortable with myself again. I stopped waiting for other people validation and life has been so much better!! Thank you for this video!!

ur gonna break the lens if u keep shining so bright
Misako, I'm loving this consistency QUEEN! Thank you for this video. I've been wanting to start a real KZread channel for literally years now. I've uploaded a few random videos here and there every couple of years but something has been holding me back from giving it my all. Your video is probably the 5th I've watched over the weekend that told me to start now and that it's not too late. If the universe sends signs, this is definitely one of them! I wrote down two of my video ideas that I plan to create and upload this week and hopefully the fact that I'm writing this down and making it public will inspire me to go through with finishing at least one of them. Thanks again for this and all of your videos!
I recently found your channel and I just wanna say you're one of my fave youtubers already. Thank you for your authenticity, honesty, uplifting energy and for your time and effort you put into your content. I appreciate you 💘

Same girl!! I remember scrolling through her page. Think aww not enough videos. I really resonate with the videos when she delved into her upbringing when she mentioned domestic abuse, and living in a house hold that way cayotic. Then later as an adult finding the peace within to break that cursed chain. Generational curse.
This entire video is a vibe! From the practical advice to the up close set up. Not to mention, your radiant skin popping against the green background. You’re channel is a breath of fresh air!
Yoooo that high school bit IS REAL 😂😂😂 my bestie and I did make a video but it was the only one. That's so funny 😆 And we love a close-up Queen!😍 Thank you for sharing this. It's definitely helpful 🙌🏿✨💕

Well stated, Misako. I have always loved your artistic perspective on everything you have done.
I gave up the stamp years ago. When I found out my family was the real enemy. . They don’t care .. why should I.
Good advice that I heard: Throw your shoulders back and act like your confident. Basically fake it till you make it. And it definitely works!
Playing ad because sis you deserve that coin!! 👌👌👌💜
I actually like the close portrait setup! Everything you named was right on point, but #5 hit home for me the most. I've almost never been happy with where I was in life in my past, or what assets I had to my name. I realize now that great leaders are born through failures. Basically it's a requirement to know who you are and what you're willing to go through to be successful at something. Took me a while to accept that. Thanks again I'm glad you're sticking to the posting schedule!

Dressing up nicely help me a lot to gain confidence !
Misako, you are glowing 💫 more power to you girl!
This really helped me! Thank you ❤️
You look very beautiful in this video :) Yes, I think vulnerability is freeing. I try to be vulnerable but mostly to people online that I (luckily!) can't see face to face. I still don't have the confidence (haha meta!) to be vulnerable in "real" life. I'll get there. I think I just worry too much that people won't like me if I tell them my struggles
I just found your channel from Wear i Live's recent favorites video and I've subscribed. This was so refreshing and calming. Thank you for your light! Hope to see more content like this soon.
