    Nice but I personally like charcoal in a Weber kettle better. 250° for about 4 hours or so with Hickory.

    Love your Chanel! Yea, I think the 15-20 min to set W sauce turned into 30-45, based on the char. With that said, I love some char and some pull. Keep the great vids coming!

    Very entertaining video, however it’s best to apply the barbeque sauce after taking it out of the grill the second time because adding the sauce too early will likely result in burnt ribs.

    I just bought a pack at Costco, when I got home I realized they were somewhat thin in parts, however, I also realized there were 3 racks instead of two, so I guess that evens it out 🤣

    2.19 lb for baby back, 1.89 lb st louis, and as low as 1.35 lb for spare ribs in northern California.

    I paid like $44-47 for 3 nice long spare ribs racks here in North Cal. They came in a 3 pack for that price and I bought 2 packs@@jdubb2400
